Friendly and helpful salesman, fitted on day chosen with no issues. Had carpet and vinyl- very happy with both, good reasonable price and a hassle free experience overall.

Whilst in showroom the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for and got everything sorted in short space of time at a reasonable price. The fitter was very good and worked very well.

Staff are always pleasant and very…
Staff are always pleasant and very helpful when I have been purchasing carpets or other flooring materials. The fitters complete the job by always turning up on the date booked in and the fitting which is very important as a budget price material which I recently purchased , looks fabulous as the fitter is competent at their job. I would not go elsewhere and I advise family and friends to go to United Carpets Sleaford.

Excellent staff at the Sleaford store, let down by the people at the depot/ head office, 8 weeks from choosing flooring to fitting.
Head office very slow in replying to enquiries which held up the whole process
