A full house carpet replacement
Have dealt with United on a few occasions now and find them very professional. In store a shout out to Paul, Sandy and Steve who always made me feel very welcome and took the time to understand what I wanted. Also, wanted to mention both Chris and Gary who are top class fitters who treat you and home with the upmost respect. A very happy customer who will certainly use United again in the future. I normally don’t recommend companies to others as I find most are a bit hit and miss. However, I am more than happy to fully endorse United Carpets in Burslem you will be hard pressed to find anyone better.

Went in the store had a look round at…
Went in the store had a look round at their carpets and was spoilt for choice we were just after carpets ends we were not sure of sizes so we went up upstairs and asked the lady she came down with us and went through it with us we ended up what we came in for
The advice was good and a great price too would recommend .

I had my stairs and landing carpets…
I had my stairs and landing carpets fitted just before Christmas absolutely fantastic can’t fault the service. This is a company we use again and again the Burslem store is great fabulous staff and service is amazing nothing is too much trouble.

Great branch at Burslem and friendly staff.
The Burslem branch is very friendly and helpful i would recommend this branch to friends and family, I've had a full 3 bed house done by this site and the job was done to a high standard. I will be using again in the future.

Going to carpets united for my carpet's…
Going to carpets united for my carpet's as been a good experience... I moved in a council house with no carpet through the hole house and so far I have had my livingroom done, stairs & landed, sons & daughters bedroom... Got our bedroom to go & bathroom yet & I will be going back to carpet United..

Best place for carpets in stoke on Trent
Always have my carpets from here. Excellent service . Affordable prices and plenty to choose from.
Communication is excellent and as I work full time they are very accommodating. Would not shop anywhere else for my carpets.

Can’t thank Paul and Mark enough
Can’t thank Paul and Mark from the Stoke on Trent (Burslem) store enough. From start to finish was an easy, no trouble experience. Paul measured up then advised us on what was best for my kitchen floor after a flood, but no pressure to buy. We eventually went with the Zeezoo flooring. Mark came to make sure the floor was in good condition prior to laying. He’s done a beautiful job, even to pulling out all my appliances and then laying the floor and replacing everything back.I can’t thank them enough for a beautiful job done with care and respect. Thank you so much. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Unable to pick fault with these people, polite and friendly, really helpful, and got me what I needed whilst keeping me in budget, came out to fit carpets, fitter sound and really quick and efficient,

My grey carpet was fitted today while I…
My grey carpet was fitted today while I was at work and I've come home and it has a brown mark on it and the fibers have come lose. I'm really disappointed because The people in the shop were very helpful and friendly and helped me decide which carpet to get.
Now I can't enjoy my finished bedroom like I'd planned.

Top class service
Excellent top service. From going into the store with a support dog & given no hassles whatsoever! Excellent! Then telling the staff what we needed & using their experience, they showed us what we needed & absolutely perfect. Very quick coming & measuring & carpet fitted within a couple days. They listen to what is required & get on with the job you wanted. Very friendly staff & superb workmanship. A credit to the area.

Very happy with the service and products.
We purchased a carpet, underlay and fittings online. The whole process was simple and the communication was great. The fitter was pleasant, respectful and very tidy.

Great Service
Took measurements in and they worked out size required, great deal, buy underlay and get free fitting. Best thing, the left over section for the Stairs carpet, they made into a mat.
