Waited for 5 weeks for the carpet to be…
Waited for 5 weeks for the carpet to be fitted but when it came it was the wrong size and has had to be re ordered so it means another 3 weeks to be delivered to the shop and another wait to be fitted,so from ordering and paying it will be about 8 weeks!!

Great Experience
The in store selection was really good and the team was very helpful. Got everything sorted in one visit and they were able to accurately estimate how much flooring I would need based on the floor plan I provided. Great prices.
The installer was efficient and professional. Got the job done quickly and without fuss. Showed up on time and did a great job.
Will be using this location again for the rest of our house as we replace the current flooring in stages.

All the carpets in our home are from United Carpets & Beds. We also bought a bed from there a couple of years ago. The choice of carpets is very good with very competitive prices. We always find the staff very helpful without being pushy.
Several years ago we were choosing a carpet for my Mum, who was housebound and we took some samples for her to choose from.

Pete in the Wakefield store helped me choose my living room and stair carpet. Because I am OAP and I live alone it was great to get so much professional help. HIs advice was brilliant he could not have been any more help great customer service. And now I have a beautiful carpet at the right price just what I wanted love it. Outstanding Team.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The whole team went above and beyond.
Dan took the time to help me find the perfect flooring, offering great advice and never rushing the process.Dan was happy to spend as much time as I needed and was happy to recommend flooring to suit my needs. As an example when choosing a stair carpet, advise was given on the type required and this was cheaper than what I actually chose. No pushy sales, just dedicated staff ensuring they get it right for their customers.
Martin came out to measure my floors- not once but twice when I decided I was changing more floors! I got a call at 9:30am as promised both times with an ETA. Arrived within the time frame, respectful, and professional throughout.
It is rare to find a team that are as dedication as the staff in this shop.
Pete was not directly involved in the choosing of my floors, but on both occasions was in the background with a smile, happy to help the team and quick to sort stock and support wherever needed.
A truly outstanding and dedicated team. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. They come highly recommended.
