Pros/cons
Pros - very happy with the quality of the flooring and fitting.
Cons - disappointed and surprised to find the left over flooring and rubbish wasn't removed at the end and included. Also, I found it disappointing that the removal of the old flooring Was not included to begin with in the fitting price.
I had 3 doors removed, and they were left of off and it was my responsibility to then find a joiner to cut them down and put them back on. I was also surprised and disappointed this service wasn't included as part of the fitting, as it then was a stress for me to find someone reliable.
Overall, smooth ordering from the shop and fitters were friendly and efficient in fitting the floor to a high standard. My expectations were for the other services to be included, and for ease and a less stressful life, I would probably purchase flooring elsewhere next time to ensure the important extras ie removal of old floor and rubbish, and cutting doors and putting them back on, are included as I paid almost as much for the fitting as I did for the flooring.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your experience. We are glad to hear that your experience in store was smooth.
Unfortunately, due to changes in the recycling of waste disposal regulations from the local council, we are no longer able to offer a waste disposal service in Wrexham. In addition to this, the independent fitters do not offer joinery as part of their fitting service.
When you purchased your flooring in store, details of which services are and are not included would normally be discussed, however we will take all of your feedback onboard regarding this to see where we can be clearer in the future.
We are glad to hear that you are happy with the standard of the flooring and the fitting of your flooring purchased with United Carpets and Beds and we hope to see you again.

Really friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff who gave me honest advice on what underlay I needed and promptly came round to measure for free and provide a quote. Booked in for fitting 2 days later, very fast and easy service.

The staff are always really helpful and…
The staff are always really helpful and friendly. You never feel like they're hard selling, they just want to help customers fulfill their needs. We've been going here for years now as we have to change our carpets regularly. The fitters always do an excellent job too. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always used this company
Always used this company as previous carpet fitters have trashed my newly painted skirting boards, these guys are very careful and very quick to fit, always had a friendly service from shop to fitting i won't use anyone else 5* rating 👍

Brilliant Friendly Service
Myself and another family member purchased carpets from the Wrexham store, from Mark coming out and measuring up, the lovely young lady who had to answered several of our questions and queries to the fitters Alan and Joe actually laying our carpet was handled in a polite friendly and professional manner. I have already recommended, to friends and will be our first call in the future for us when we need more carpet.
