Spoke with Gary and he gave us excellent advice! Didn’t try and sell us into something we didn’t need, gave us the information to solve our damp issue without spending a fortune.

Gary was excellent at communication and was very helpful in sorting out the cracks in the external wall of the house. It looked so much better once the cracks were filled and wall repainted. Would highly recommend.

Called regarding damp issue in loft area was advised to have an independent damp survey done they assessed the situation and was really informative helpful and helped me understand what was happening and advised on best route to take to rectify problem. All confirmed in a formal report.

Needed a damp report on my tenanted property. Once contacted the survey was done the next day with the report following the day after. Good advise and no upselling.

I called and the surveyor (Gary) came in two days. The Damp report was ready the next day! I have a property which the tenants suddenly got molds after living there for 2 years and tried to pin me responsible. With Gary’s report it helped me push some of the responsibility back to them. Could not be more thankful! 🙏

We had Universal re-render the whole outside of the house. They did a great job, they were through and considerate. When things unexpected things happened they were quick to deal with it and we felt went above and beyond what others may have done. We would highly recommend them!
