I have to say i was in unbelief and I could not believe that they were going to help me to unlocked it, after trying one those local guys in my region; contacting my local Samsung office and network provider, none of them were able to help me. A bit of what happened with me:

Would recommend to stay away from this company, when searching for a specific model I searched with exact model number.
