No sizing information displayed on the website, the company themselves apparently dynamically adjust sizing depending on the location of the customer, so I took a punt on a small, thinking in 2025 I'd have no trouble exchanging it if it was too small. Nope, the ever-so-helpful Jen pointed to the return policy which literally says: "We do not Refund items that are on sale. All Sale Items are final Sale. ***We Offer Exchanges for these Items*** if the terms of the agreement are met." I assume the "terms of the agreement" are whatever Jen feels like at the time.

The quality is terrible and nothing like the pictures. Waste of money. Hoping to return but from reading the rest of the reviews I’m doubtful. What a scam.

The products are extremely poor quality and look nothing like the pictures on the website. Cheap materials, bad craftsmanship — absolutely disappointing. Customer service is unhelpful and offers no solutions or refunds.

The quality of my item looked nothing like what I ordered, and the customer support took forever to respond at times, and offered no reasonable solution.

Clothes are all made for Asian market and they will upsize for you but tops are very short in the body so even a larger size is wrong. tracking link doesn’t work. Item shipped 2nd dec and received 24th dec. when i emailed for a returns address and form I received a very polite but unhelpful email from “Jen” who just sent sizing link to say size was correct (it was not) and to “enjoy my blazer”! BUYER BEWARE - ITEM NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ON THE WEBSITE.

delivers same blanket statement “priority escalation” to everyone. 0 tracking info and run around. ask for order details and get the same scripted response from “Jen”. processed a chargeback with my bank who flagged them, sent FTC and IG report for scam drop shipment company.

On their site the items look amazing. But when you receive the items they look awful like you ordered something from TEMU or some other low quality shit. DONT order anything! And if you would like to return the order, you never receive a nice return form.

They never send the clothing. They send a fake tracking, it gets held up by the shipper and resent(apparently). Get the run around that it has been high priority escalated to the fulfillment team but it's been a month of this lie.
