I wish I could leave a negative star. The app showed my ride had already started and was on the way to my destination before I had even been picked up. Worried I’d be late, I booked another ride as a backup. When my Uride driver arrived first, I took that ride and cancelled the backup, which resulted in a cancellation charge for the full amount from Kari. I explained what happened to Uride customer service, but they refused to offer any resolution or goodwill credit. In fact, I doubt they read anything I said but just put it through ChatGPT. It’s disappointing that a loyal customer relationship ended over an issue like this.
