Great product and service consistently . Quick delivery

Place my order Saturday night a few hours later confirmation email caMe through, following day received a text advicing on my order delivery, alternative day selected,, text received to confirm delivery day, 2 days later got my items, say no more. Excellent.

I was sent a time that my order would be delivered. I had to leave work to be there or the courier would not have been able to deliver it. Despite waiting around they never showed up.
I'm currently sat waiting for them to arrive again at a different time, on a different day having taken more time off work. Let's hope they bother to show up this time and that my boss doesn't get fed up with me having to leave work so often.
USN incompetence update - And now they've delivered it to a completely different postcode to the one I provided. Well done USN. You suck.

My son and I are long-term users of USN which we have found the best product of its kind for quality, purity & taste. As a company, USN are a delight to do business with: honest, relable & efficient. Their delivery agent gives you notice of the date of deliverey and then on the dat, a 2 hour slot with the option to re-schedule. I cannot praise USN enough.

Really easy website to use; quick and easy checkout; but it doesn't make you an account with the order so was unable to track the parcel. Received text for delivery date, would definitely use again.

Product "Recover Xcell" is briliant and provides excelent results after high intesity trainings such as cycling, running and cardio vascular gym excercises.
With my order I also received booklet (free of charge) with recomended gym workouts and advises for healthy diet.
Order and delivery services are excelent - ordering is very easy and fast, delivery was very reliable and on time.

I would highly recommend using the usn website for their products, they cover a wide spectrum of quality suppliments whatever your sport may be. The delivery is super fast every time and tracked with delivery txting so you know exactly where your shippment is.

I ordered muscle fuel sts, muscle fuel mass and anabol testo and they were delivered within 48hrs great service. I've tried all the other brands but nothing works as well as usn. Shakes taste great, do exactly what they say on the container. The muscle fuel mass an testo combination gives huge results after 2-3 training days. Makes training worthwhile when u know ur supplements work.

Really good, trusted products, pity I found them £20 cheaper a few days later on another site..... Exact same products.

Ordered a standard navy USN tee over 3 weeks ago for a Christmas present for a friend. Had full communication from the delivery company regarding my delivery date, time and even drivers name! Took half a day off work to wait for the item and was told it would arrive between 13.56 and 14.56. I heard nor saw any attempt to deliver a parcel to my door, so decided to track my parcel online, only to see its been delivered in the Newcastle region by the name Wilson (Not mine, nor my girlfriends surname). Having tried several times to contact DPD delivery, I was told to ring USN direct and they'd sort the problem. I spoke to a docile member of the USN team who could only offer the help in "checking with DPD and calling me back". I'm still awaiting that callback.
Safe to say, 3 weeks have passed and I'm still without the tee and had to panic buy a friend something else for Christmas. I regularly use USN products and supplements bought from High St merchants but thought I'd try them direct. Think ill stick to Maximuscle in future, they might be a bit more expensive, but they seem to value their customers more.

The new smaller size protein toffee almond bar is perfect as part of my calorie control diet plan and so delicious. I can have it as snack and get my chocolate fix without feeling guilty!

USN have wicked stuff but everytime I have ordered online the product is seemingly jammed into a Jiffy bag. No protective polythene packing and sometimes screwed up. The products have always been decent, quickly and easily delivered at good times of the day however with the packing/packaging no care is taken.

The courier used was spot on - Specifically the promptness of delivery over Christmas period and the text notification of delivery time to the hour and the option to rearrange the delivery day was excellent. Much better than Royal Mail and others !
