THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
My husband purchased an item that according to them ”alrdy got shipped out”to USPS warehouse. USPS said they dont have it. US plastic said USPS didnt scan the item. Apparently ALOOOT of people had the same problem and got told the same thing. And of course, no refund, no support, no solution. ”Just place another order” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You guys have the audacity to mess up the order and tell us to buy from yall again?
At this point there are so many reasons that point to that US plastic could be scam business. If thats not the case, you guys really need to do something about this.

Very disappointed with their customer service

Very disappointed with their customer service. Their thin box broke apart and lost $450 worth of parts, and their shipping department did not declare a value when shipping using my UPS account. They refused to replace and I am now out $450. Worst Customer service that I have had in a while.

A Great Business Partner

Great products, fast shipping, decent prices, always get my questions answered. I have been using US Plastic for years, they are my go to for my cosmetics and personal care business. This is a company that understands business and delivers with quality and intention.

They make great products

They make great products, but have no competative shipping program so it costs you double what the advertsied price is with shipping. Customer service was good on the phone.

Horrific experience. Received the completely wrong product, they made no attempts to rectify the mistake. Extremely rude customer support. A shockingly poorly run, and hostile company.

Not a mind reader

I made a small order of plastic bottles (woozy) for my hot sauce hobby. I was told that I would receive a 10% discount on my next order which solidified my choice to go with this company. The next day I received an email indicating that the discount would only be valid during the next 30 days. I contacted the company speaking to Faith who suggested that I should have known the discount was time limited. I'm not sure how I would know that but she was unwilling to do anything to address the misinformation provided about the "next order". I will take my small order to another producer and never again consider US Plastic

Bad experience …

Absolutely the worst purchasing experience I have ever had.
Terrable communication between US Plastics, there vendors, my frate company and me the customer! Over all bad experience.
I will definitely not be using
US Plastics in the future.

Did it's job.

I purchased Dividers for 54924, which came in a package of 10. The item arrived when the tracking # said it would. I took pictures but it looks like I can't upload any on this website. The product worked like it should. Some dividers were a tighter fit than others but overall it worked. I bought 40 but underestimated how many I should have actually bought.

Tried to make a order

Tried to make a order. Had to make an account and the site would not accept my address when no problem with other sites. They need to offer paypal or credit cards. So I deleted everything and moved on.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Other than the consumers need for the products that U.S. Plastics provide it’s hard to believe how this company survives. The company’s owner seems like he had the right idea with his aim on what he hoped his company would be, but it can be great if he would vet his employees by recording his employees on the phone and their lack of professionalism to maybe help improve their customer satisfaction. If the bottom dollar is all that matters to you then keep doing what your doing until your business implodes on itself.

First order was good & fast

I ordered only a small amount of things to test my first order with them; like 6 items (just various bottles and lids). Everything was as expected or better. I'm going to go ahead and order more now!

Cheap shoddy products high shipping

Cheap shoddy products, with poor workmanship and really expensive shipping. They accept returns, but it costs almost as much as the products cost to ship them back. So basically you lose money returning things, or you're stuck with crappy "Tamco" tanks. No threads or seal on cap and the screws for this garbage collar (which takes up half the top) go all the way through you can feel the screws sticking through on the inside. And their "outlet" fitting us a POS too. Will never order from them again, it's like washing machine repair people decided to go into the plastic tank business.

I placed an order on Thursday

I placed an order on Thursday, and received the package the next Monday. Before ordering, I read the feedback here. The Chat on the site informed me that all in-stock items ship the same day. That was accurate information. All items came nicely wrapped (individually). If you are a hobbyist, shipping cost might surprise you. However, as a retailer, shipping cost is running in the $20-$30 range. So I was OK with that considering the feedback here. Shipping is going to cost what it’s going to cost. As far as religious propaganda, a booklet arrives with the shipment. Reading About Us informs shoppers. (Similar to Chik-fil-A, Cookout, Hobby Lobby, and Forever21). Overall, I had a satisfactory experience for my first order. We will add this supplier to our Packaging List.

D- for CSR

This company's customer support is extremely poor, seems like no one wants to do their job. They don't bother going the extra mile or helping. They sound annoyed when you dont have the item # & they have to go looking for it. Their shipping rates is about 2x more expensive than what I can get on my own via a 3rd party. Their prices are great, products are A+, but when your customer service sucks... I wont be back.

Solid quality container and good communication about shipment

I purchased an outdoor plastic container for water from United States Plastic Corp. I was glad to find a selection of unique products they have. The container arrived on time, well packed, and now I can say that it is well built and of excellent quality. The company was good all the way with updates of order status. Pricing and shipping are somehow slightly higher than expected, but finding exactly what I need was sufficient to ignore the slight difference compared to other places. I also do check reviews before buying. I noticed that people who work at this small company cite good benefits and wages, and in my mind, that is another Ok for paying a slightly higher price. Also, some reviews on different sites take away some stars by citing an additional booklet enclosed in the shipment, but in my view, it is somehow unfair. The container I received was well built, arrived on time, and tracking info was accurate and complete, which makes all five stars for the company and product. Personally, I may also not agree with all additional messages, but we should try to be better people and let people be who they want. I will go back to Plastic Corp to shop if needed to find another hard-to-find item.

Great Customer Service!

Great Customer Service!! I have had a few glitches on some orders BUT they were easy to contact and resolved the issues immediately. Being a small business owner, I am well aware that, even with the best intentions, errors occur. After all, no one walks on water! The representatives I talked to listened, acted on resolving the issue quickly and were totally professional and diplomatic even when I was lacking. They even provided me with order specs which allows me to set up my own shipping documents so I can pick up at my local terminal. I wish more companies were like this! KUDOS to all the staff at US Plastics!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. NO ORDERS SHIPPED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

We placed a significant order with US Plastic on 10/12/21, knowing that 1 item was back ordered on the website. However, we chose the setting during checkout, to have that back ordered item shipped separately. So that the rest of the order would ship out immediately. This was necessary, as we had ordered a significant number of "sample" items to try out on our jars. We had purchased 1-5 of various foil seals, to make sure that they worked properly with our jars. We had then planned to place large orders on the seals, once we had this confirmation. We had also purchased many other types of seals for us to use, to last us until this we had time to test out, purchase and receive the foil seals that we had planned to test out.

We waited and waited for the package to arrive. Nothing.
Not even an email letting us know of the backorder, or that nothing had shipped. Nothing.

When we logged into the account, we then found out the backorder status for the entire order. Not just for the 1 item that was marked as backordered on the website.

We emailed them twice on 10/19/21, once to each of 2 email addresses.
We received absolutely no reply at all.

We tried calling 10/22/21 after realizing that email is not read by US Plastic. We were redirected to voicemail, despite holding for a live person. We left a voicemail, but still have not received any call back, nor change in the order status, nor email reply.
Nothing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and apparently can't even do the one main thing a store is supposed to do. Sell items to a customer, and not just take their money and run.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Never do business with companies that you can't return items us plastics made a mistake sending to me . No refund and no help fixing the problem . 69 dollar order and they lose my business forever great customer service ..don't shop here there thieves !!!!
