Do not believe the promise of same day dispatch. Also non-existent customer service-no phone number to contact them on, email complaints clearly being ignored. Poor service before Christmas. Wish companies wouldn’t make time-scale promises they’re never going to keep.

Sound like the same problem as everyone else, items not arrived, royal mail awaiting parcel. Taking money but not sending goods. Need looking into by trade and standards this firm

Don't buy.never received and none responds to my emails. Sooo disappointed.

I made an order on the 24/11/2023 and it still hasn’t arrived; I’ve emailed 3 times and received a generic response about my order being lost and they’re investigating with Royal Mail. I’ve contacted Royal Mail and they know nothing about this. It’s a fake Royal Mail tracking code that anyone can generate online. Scamming company who now won’t refund me. I have a friend with a large TikTok following so will be asking her to create a vid about this and I’ll be contacting Ombudsman so the company can be investigated.

Orderd via Debenhams. Returns are supposed to be free but this company purposely left out a returns label and now I am going to have to pay for it myself.

Low quality leggings for the price, vinyl logo probably wouldn't last one wash. They have also ignored all emails, after reading other reviews looks like I probably won't get my money back either. Also reporting to trading standards.

They just tried to have my review removed by stating 'Its for the wrong business'. Yet still haven't responded to my email.

Bought two pairs of leggings for my partner, one pair was too small, so wanted to return, which in itself is a process… no standard returns process you need to email them for them to “approve” the return, to which they didn’t reply so I had to prompt them to do so. When they did they suggested I use a trackable service despite the postage address being a PO Box, so signed for wouldn’t work, but I made sure I had proof of postage, which I have verified with RM as arrived, now over two weeks have passed there’s been no confirmation of return and no reply to any of the multiple customer service emails sent… despite saying they will endeavour to reply in 2 days.

In essence this is a terribly run company. I would not buy from them, the quality of legging is good, maybe look to buy the products through a different retailer, however I don’t see the point in lining the pockets of companies that clearly do not care about there customers. Shocking.

Har bestilt flere gange tidligere uden nogen problemer og med bedste service, men denne gang er under al kritik! Ingen svar, ingen opdateringer, men pengene har de trukket! Costumer service svarer ikke på nogen mails og de ignorerer på sociale medier.

Der står fortsat at royal mail afventer pakken fra V3…..

I've ordered twice from this company, with the same experience as many other reviewers. My first one took 3 weeks to arrive, with the Royal Mail excuse. (All other parcels including ones from overseas arrived just fine through RM.) But when my leggings did finally come though, they were great. Lovely quality, and so comfortable to work out in – a real bargain for the price. Customer service were helpful and sent me a discount code, which worked on top of Black Friday as an apology. So I took advantage of this big saving and ordered some more pairs, trusting the Royal Mail thing was a blip.

My second order took even longer – it was almost a month to the day before it arrived with no response from customer service this time. Royal Mail tracking said 'we're expecting it'. When their tracking updated it was literally the next day delivery – so it 100% isn't a Royal Mail issue. It's V3's process.

TLDR: From my experience, the company doesn't appear to be a scam. I get the impression they're very small, disorganised and perhaps been overwhelmed by more orders than usual. This doesn't excuse such poor service and so many customers feeling worried about their money being conned. But I can vouch for their leggings being worth the wait when they do finally turn up after 3–4 weeks. @V3 – just be honest with your customers about delivery times/delays.

Its been over 2 weeks and i still have not received my order. I have contacted the customer service team twice and no one has responded.

Order placed on 5th November 23 and I’m still waiting. Either their IT delivery system is really bad or the email updates are mockingly made up. On one occasion saying that parcel is lost then today emailing to say “Hope you enjoy your set”. But I haven’t received the order! I have accepted that I won’t get the order or the money. I have unsubscribed and will be blocking their email as they are making me cross.
Advice to all do not order from them.

14th December: The order has arrived. I haven’t tried it yet.

Ordered over £60 worth of items after seeing their black friday deals and seeing good reviews on their site and noting they’re sold on big name websites like debenhams and mountain warehouse etc. This was 26/11/23 and I gave them the benefit of the doubt taking forever to ship my items out due to it being a busy time of year. However, I finally got tracking info on 1/12/23 which states royal mail has yet to scan it into their system, this still hasn’t updated so it’s likely they’ve generated an address label and these haven’t been sent at all and probably won’t be! I’ve contacted them and heard nothing, so reported it to citizens advice, trading standards and paypal. Just waiting for next steps now. Don’t buy from this company, save yourself money and stress! Would rather spend out more on reliable and trustworthy brands than have this happen.

The worst company ever, it took them a whole month to send out my order. Which was meant to take 3 to 5 business days and they just came with excuses with Royal mail lost my order .
I return back some items on the 6th of November and still have not received a refund. They take forever to respond to my emails and now they’re completely ignoring me.
Don’t buy from here not worth the hassle.

I feel like this is a scam. Got a generic email saying it’s Royal Mails fault that my items have not arrived, and for the last 7 days they are ignoring my emails. Going to claim back from my bank, and hopefully get my money back.

Ordered leggings from V3 Apparel through Debenhams, they were no good so the option of returning them as a prepaid label in parcel to V3 themselves, got Horizon Certification of postage from post office, this was on 30th October, waited but no refund, contacted them to enquire, said they had not received refund, sent pic of certificate of posting, replied asking if id paid for the return myself said yet again id used the label in parcel, no response. Contacted Debenhams as it was through them I placed the order they contacted V3 Apparel and came back with the answer they couldn’t do anything as V3 Apparels decision was final…. So avoid at all costs also think Debenhams should have had more responsibility for companies you can order from through their website… so £20 out of pocket 😡

Ordered waited 3 weeks not items no response from them. SCAM listen to the reviews do not trust this company. I'm not even getting replies to my emails been robbed of my money
