Just a sales tactic
Way out of the way to pick up tickets, just to pressure sale other properties in the area or attractions. I would never use this site again.

Would not refund tickets even 3 weeks ahead of event. Scam, will make the transaction as difficult as possible. Essentially stealing from you.
TERRIBLE! We had the worst experience with this company. You also have to pick up the tickets from a welcome center and not the place u book. They said it’s so they can get you inside the building to update you on more tickets. NO WAY! I spoke with a manager on the phone and he was the rudest person ever.
Drove 7 1/2 hours to arrive at the hotel, only to find no hot water, the bathroom door falling off the hinges, no closet space, barely any lighting and when we contacted Vacations Made easy asking to upgrade our accommodations they told us that because it was the day of the reservation there was nothing they could do except book us another hotel. NO refund, no discount. This was the Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham in Gatlinburg, TN. We are very disappointed and disgusted. We will not be using Vacations Made Easy every again.
I wanted a refund because I was told tickets would be emailed but they said I have to pickup in person. They told me that I could not get a refund but only a credit.
Horrible experience with this company while in San Antonio. After being sent information that caused me to believe I was adding a dinner cruise to my riverboat cruise, they refused to refund my money. What they did offer was for me to attend a 2 hr timeshare with Wyndham. Then the supervisor was very rude. The on hold recording (when waiting on a supervisor) actually says “while we recognize you may be upset, we ask you to stay professional and polite”. I have never heard a recording like that. But then once the supervisor is reached they are just as rude as the first representative. Also when you pick up your tickets the people at the desk who say they work with “whom ever the other company is-for me it was Wyndum-will act like they are not affiliated and can’t help. In the end they gave me a partial credit and acted like they were doing me a favor. DO NOT use this company.
What a joke of a company. They call themselves Vacation Made Easy, but nothing about it is easy. When you book, you don’t just get your tickets — you have to waste your time driving to their office to pick them up. That’s not convenient, that’s a hassle. It feels like a scammy tactic just to get you in the door so they can upsell you on more junk you don’t want. The name is misleading, the process is outdated, and the whole setup is frustrating. Avoid them.
DO NOT USE! Here's what will happen if you try to cancel...they will only five you a partial refund of 65% of what you paid. Apparently they will also try to get you to listen to a timeshare presentation, which is not information they give you upfront. They are very deceptive and I regret trying to book with them.
I clicked a "sponsored link" on Google maps resulting in that I had to pay a higher price and pick the tickets up in person.
This feels and acts as 100% scam. Considering they made it look like there was only 1 slot left for the day while the official site had like 10 just adds to the feeling of being scammed.
They charge a processing fee of 35% that is obviously hidden in their contract somewhere. They never sent an invoice for payment so I had no idea that I was being charged such a crazy fee which was almost the price of one ticket to the event. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are taking care of it, but BEWARE of hidden charges. This is a rip off. If you call to cancel, they will give you an internal credit for the amount or they will refund you the total amount LESS 35%. Either way they get their fee. Don't use them and don't recommend them to anyone. Awful company. Vacations Made Easy should be Vacations Made Sneaky!
I mistakenly created several reservations for several attractions at Branson MO. When I called to reschedule them I was given the total price, which I was not told included an approx. $135.00 processing fee hidden in one line item called "Order Processing" (which included taxes as well as the fees). Furthermore, I originally was unable to attend one free show, so I cancelled it with the reschedule. I then tried to reinstate the free reservation and was told they could not do that and they could not issue me a voucher for the show - $80 value. Then I queried about cancelling the entire order with Vacations Made Easy and I was informed that I could only get a 100% refund in the form of a voucher, or a 65% cash refund.
So, they could issue me a voucher for the discounted refund, but not for the free show, which was still being offered as of this writing.
This company should be called Vacations Made Expensive instead of Vacations Made Easy. Do not use them and make your own reservations for each show to avoid the fees and discounted refunds.
I purchased digital download tickets from Vacations Made Easy (vacationsmadeeasy.com). When I got the confirmation email, I found that they were physical tickets that I had to pick up in Nashville. I purchased tickets for Las Vegas. When I called for a refund, the “corporate” phone number they had listed had a busy signal for 3 straight days. Possibly disconnected? When I was able to get a hold of them, they admitted they had phone problems during that time. But they would NOT issue me a refund because it was past their 24 hour refund period. I recorded the phone call so they cannot dispute this. Their “corporate” office is a mailbox at the UPS store in Springfield, Missouri. On their website, it says they have a 4.5 out of five rating. This is FAKE. You cannot click on it to read any reviews. Upon checking reviews online, I found that many other people had my same experience. Most “good” reviews are from unverified purchases, which means the company is padding the reviews themselves. I would give a ZERO rating if I could. Avoid this company!!! They are not reputable!
