Do not buy anything from this company there descriptions are total false and they wont reinburse the money of any kind just laugh in your face robbed me of £2,750 for a icecream van j283 fgu that was delivered and is scrap

DO not purchase from here.

Please do your homework before thinking of purchasing from here, look at the companys they own and the vans they buy in, please read all the reviews and do google searches before thinking of buying from here.
Bought a van from here broke down within 100miles quoted 3k for a repair non dealer.
The vehicle was inspected and found to have been recently botched. Sold as running perfect, but when i aproached the company within my legal rights they refused any help whatsoever, left high and dry, also refused to answer any letters until it was a letter before court.
Van was also delivered with much more damaged than was advertised, they try to get out of there clause by asking to sign the invoice before delivery, then they can disregard any rights.
WHEN THE VAN GOES WRONG YOUR ON YOUR OWN.
SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY AND ASKED TO SIGN THE TERMS BEFROE DELIVERY IS UNFAIR PRACTICE AND AGAINST THE LAW.
please people do your homework here, lots of reviews and lots of people complaining on google do your searches

He arrived when he said he would and handled the paperwork very competently.

Excellent service easy to deal with I seen the van on eBay rang them up and they made me an even cheaper deal on the van and got it delivered the next day. Well happy. The guy who delivered it was a lovely chap Mick Bell very good driver turned his trailer around in a tight spot with ease. Thanks

READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS GUYS!!!
If I could I would give them 0 stars. I have tried to buy a van from them, paid a deposit and arranged with them for the van to be delivered to my adress. On the website the van was stated that is running and idling well but over 2500rmp has a knocking noise and it might be the torque converter on their diagnoses. The next day the delivery guy came with the van on trailer as we agreed but the van wasn’t starting at all. Was indeed turning over but was sounding like parts inside of the engine are broken . Give them a call try to find out what happened and I was redirected to a manager to get rude responses from him and in the end to send the van back but as well they charged me all my deposit under the reason delivery fees. On the invoice there is stated an amount ( 1/4 of my deposit) and he charged me well over my deposit just to keep the deposit. No invoice has been send through my email nothing at all, luckily I have taken screenshots a day before when I have signed the agreement. Now my only option left is to send them a letter of intention and to go in court to get my money back.

Bought a Nissan NV200 asked for a honest review and was told it was a great van in good running order, paid in full got deliverd when I was out, on inspection of vehicle 2 bold tyres and one that had a hole in and couldn't be blown up, after getting new tyres took to local trustworthy garage to find both front wheel ball joints badly worn one in dangerous condition, drivers headlight also holding a lot of water, none of this was explained, I can honestly and truethely say would not advise anyone to use this company.
Never would I have purchased this vehicle if told of issues

Bought 2018 nv200 to repair owes me 2500 total fixed did the costs research before i bought the van went a bit over to do a good job van is mint im going to sell it and go back to vanstation and buy another trade me up a couple of years. Buyers note the mechanical description is better on the website than other sites also if vanstation had categories for source of vehicle in description for example ex fleet private company part exchange and so on would be helpfull to buyers also a ramp for inspections the majority dont need it no point getting negative feedback the majority of vehicles offer value for money the newer running vans are as cheap as auction prices same rules but you can inspect for longer get out for test drive the quality of the stock for the deals they will do is very good .

The services is highly recommended and driver flexible and Friendly.

Got torn a new one by this lot. I'm in the trade and they sold me a total lemon. I was forced to buy the van on delivery. Was sold perfect running driving ready to go back on the road for work, according to description and sales team.
I paid £500 for delivery etc and Basically needed whole new chassis, floor, and a full engine, interior mouldy, unbelievable compared to pics and walk around. Engine head was cracked and smoked so bad It almost ran up on its own oil. It's now an massive pain in my ass, 3 weeks been waiting for v5 and receipt of sale. Haggled money down and driver I felt so sorry for, but I shouldn't of paid and refused and just paid the fuel costs and sent it back.. Since sale, I've genuinely wanted and have bought new vans but never again by these absolute F nuggets.
I am now going through all the right channel's to take this company down and get my money back. Because sadly for them, they mucked around with the wrong person this time and I will not stand for it....
Be warned people, cowboys is an understatement and they don't give a hoot about you or the crap they sell. Ur better off at auction or even better a scrap yard...

Put a deposit down on a school bus
Decided to pick it up a day early as was in the area.. unfortunately for me they was closed. Saw the man on site that done the deal.. he opened up for me to finish the deal and take the van.. above and beyond.. great service 100 stars from me 👍

We went to look for a campervan in the afternoon. Helpful when we arrived. Looked round vans and decided on one we liked. Asked to see the last MOT it had had but this wasn’t shown as we were talking and he said the MOT had recently run out so we put down a deposit of £100. A few hours later after we got home we managed to find the MOT history on Gov site and the MOT hadn’t just run out it had FAILED and miserably plus had been standing for 18 months. Basically not Road worthy and should have been listed as ‘spares or repairs’ needed extensive welding, brakes, seat belt anchorage to name a few. Cancelled via email at 9.19 am and had written conversation on WhatsApp later that day. I Got a call the following day after cancellation from a guy wanting to deliver the van and I told him it had been cancelled, he said he would get someone to ring me back. This didn’t happen, I rang them to ensure it had been cancelled and was I formed I wouldn’t get my deposit back - considering you can leave a £99 refundable deposit on line for a van which would result in the same admin fees and taking down of the vehicle off the website I dont see why they wouldn’t refund my money. However I’m happy to be out of their clutches and would recommend no one touches them with a barge pole

Absolutely stay away from these people sold me a camper they said was running turned up and doesn't run and I'm disabled now have to spend more time and money getting sorted absolutely disgusting outfit trade sales and they think there no laws apply to them well we will see

Bought a van off these which to me I thought was over priced to be honest read the description was happy with the van I was told I would have plenty of notice when the van was being loaded on the trailer and on it was ect so I don’t some more searching history on this van only to find out is had a cat a which I wasn’t told about very disgusting behaviour and bad communication on the phone I rang them up saying I want to cancel my order for them to say we carnt as it’s in tranzit without notifying me funny thing is they thought I signed the invoice disclosure so after I told them that every staff I spoke to was rude on the phone and really didn’t want to solve the problem either was I was having my money back or not no professional I would advise if you buy a van of these do a really good check on it first as there there to scam you and take your money there not even a proper Mercanic there to over view the vans before sales as stated on the phone BEWARE EVERYONE BE CARFULL don’t sign anything until you have the van in front of you I got my money back and I won in the end as they knew they wouldn’t have a chance of wining either was just stay from here is my advice
