ordered vapes over 2 week ago and still not been delivered or even heard a single thing about postage tracking etc.. can’t get in touch with anyone for help absolutely disgusting ripping people off.

Ordered £38 worth of vapes 10th July and I haven’t received received them still. I’ve sent 2 chase up emails and each time I was told it would be dispatched that day or the following. On the 3rd attempt they said they would dispatch the following day with priority delivery and include some complimentary vapes as compensation. However surprise surprise they still haven’t arrived.
I’ve sent an email and a WhatsApp today and neither have been responded to.
I think it’s safe to say they aren’t coming and they intend on keeping my money.
I’m going to contact my bank in the morning to inform them I’ve been scammed!!! This website needs to be taken down.

Ordered June 16th. Despite numerous emails and unanswered phone calls, have not had goods. Did receive a generic email at the end of June stating that there was a delay but that a representative would be in touch shortly, needless to say have had no further contact.
Update.........responded to their request for more information on 17/7/2025 provided email, phone number and order number. Naively thought that there would be resolution, it's now 25/7/2025 and I've had no response whatsoever.

Ordered on 13th June received nothing . Had a tracking number from Evri stating "we're expecting it " for 10 days ,then a tracking number for Royal Mail also saying "we're expecting it " for 6 days .
Seems they are wasting the couriers time and mine.
Do not waste your money and time . Where the 5 star reviews come I can't understand. Maybe they wrote them themselves? Wouldn't surprise me.
I'm patiently waiting tracking numbers for Yodel,DPD etc Update. Yesterday I had an email saying it's being delivered by Evri again, different tracking number.
All the three tracking numbers tell me the couriers haven't received it yet. I doubt I ever will.

Latest update item finally arrived on 11th July so they have fulfilled the order without the complimentary item promised for the delay
£2.50 carriage charge for a 28 day delivery window is not too impressive. No matter what the issues on their end, the lack of meaningful communication was appalling.
Will not use them again

I would not buy from these 4 weeks I have been waiting for my order and all they tell you are lies

I have placed an order over a week ago and it is still unfulfilled. I have messaged customer service by email and on Whats App... they dont respond.
If the product was out of stock I would understand, but the lack of customer service is very disappointing

Have ordered from these in the past whereas yes there have been stock issues but they have quickly got in touch and sent free items to rectify.

Not a clue what's going on now but we paid extra to get our parcel sooner when we last ordered, emailed to chase and ask for our delivery fee at least to be refunded. They promised instead that we would receive free gifts as an apology.

Our package arrived yesterday with not only a pod that we originally ordered missing but no sign of the promised free gift either!

Absolutely ridiculous. Might feel like you're getting a good deal but let me assure you, you're better off going elsewhere.

Avoid This Site at All Costs – A Complete Scam

Run like hell from this abysmally run outfit! They advertise vape products that appear to be in stock, but once you place an order and they’ve taken your money, they vanish. I received no confirmation, no shipping info, and all of my polite follow-up emails were completely ignored.

When I called, someone answered and pretended to be apologetic — only to block my number shortly after. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just bad customer service; it was a deliberate con.

I eventually involved my bank in an attempt to recover my funds, but so far I haven’t received a penny back.

There are plenty of reputable vape retailers out there. Do not waste your time or money on this shady operation.

The worst company I have ever experienced online. Ordered three kits which didn’t arrive after a week, contacted them and was advised there was a delay but no further response or explanation. Request a refund but was ignored and eventually sent an online form ? Simply should have refunded my credit card, still waiting on the money. Please be aware of the scamming company. The saga continues ten days later!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE! They told me my order had been sent out and 2 weeks later they finally sent it, only for it to turn up with 2 vapes missing! This was in April and they keep telling me they are being sent out and never actually send them. Iv asked for a refund 2 weeks ago which I was told would happen and still hasn’t and now I’m being ignored by them! Honestly nothing more than thief’s! Don’t be fooled by them, do not use.

Never purchase anything from this company, you’ll never receive it. They will send you fake tracking number and then they send you a fake email saying your refund is on its way! Police and trading standards and bank are investigating this company.

Order was originally a little late in despatch but when contacted they responded quickly and I received a fab free gift with my order. I would use them again.

Do not use this company, they’re absolutely useless.
I placed an order with 2-3 day delivery 8 days ago, had my order confirmation but nothing to say it had been shipped.
Sent an email and had no reply.
I’m not normally one to write reviews but this service has been shocking.

Take your order then never send out the goods. Never reply to emails.

Absolutely useless company. DO NOT purchase if you actually want to receive your items. I ordered May 31st, They offered a refund as the item was out of stock yet never received. Product was shown as in stock upon purchase, was only notified that it wasn’t in stock upon emailing them. They continue to advertise their products to me showing they are clearly active! will be working with my bank company and authorities to resolve this. Fraudulent business with no morals!!!

Scam be aware took my money never received my goods will be reporting to trading standards they don’t reply to emails or phone calls … THIEVES

I made an order on the 12th may 2025 and had still not received my order 2weeks later.
Today is 5th June 2025 and I have had no response to my emails requesting a refund nor have I received a refund of £55.
I never leave reviews but I have no choice but to warn others not to order from this company and if you do order from them don't be surprised if you do not receive your goods or money back.

Ordered £116 of vapes on 16th April, never received my vapes, all emails and phone calls were ignored, I’m still angry. Will never shop with this company again! Evri said that received it, but never received it, they said contact the supplier! I won’t give up. Scammers!
