Tried to buy something twice never goes through just charges my card. shit website that doesn’t even work and lags most of the time do not buy here there is way better websites. Charging my card twice is ridiculous and shouldn’t even be happening save yourself a headache and go somewhere else

Sent the wrong order. I ordered an Elf Canndual Extreme and it came with an Elf hat. They sent a Dissim Hammer lighter and a Dissim hat. I just kept the lighter and they said have fun with it. 3 days later the Elf Canndual in the wrong color shows up with the hat. I want some of what they're smoking.

Somehow I was overcharged on my order and I didn't notice until I had already placed it. After a single email and a 24-hour wait a refund was issued And they offered me a free shipping coupon code.

Absolutely brutal experience they canceled my order with no warning. and are the most unreasonable company I've ever delt with don't buy from, save your money I know this from my previous experience. Worst interaction I've ever had don't trust these scammers. Support Canada 🇨🇦 instead. Absolutely blown away by the Glecie the support little girl,sounded no older then 11 years of age with a stink ass attitude and opposite of customer support she then canceled my order, i still havnt received my refund. Don't know if I ever will. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not reliable for a simple business exchange they blame the post office being closed one Monday ,a week later still no product.

I forgot to enter a promo code after I ordered so I sent an email to customer service hoping they could help me. I got an email less than an hour later letting me know they were refunding me for the promo. How often does something like that happen? I got my order in less than 3 days and I'm really impressed with the build quality and design of the atomizer. I'd recommend going with the alternative donut coil for top shelf flavor. I needed some help after I received my order and their after sale service was great. I would buy from them again. Definitely a trusted vendor.

I love this battery. It charges quickly, and it lasts a long time. I like the variable heating, and it's very friendly and easy to operate. I initially had a problem with mine, and customer support came through with flying colors! They responded quickly, were very helpful, stood behind their product and shipped a replacement. Will definitely buy again and highly recommend.

Good product, gave a great smooth smoke and the battery itself is very solid , unfortunately the charger broke while I was twisting it in and I tightened it too much and broke it so to anyone buy one I'd suggest being careful where you charge it and be careful while twisting in the charger , the customer service was wonderful and exceptionally quick and the customer service rep was delightful.

Vape honey stick is the worst vape company I have dealt with. I buy an elf in mar it stops working mid June. I sent them a message and they ignored it until the warranty was up. Now they say I have to buy a new one. Screw them and their piece of crap product. Do not use this company’s products I suggest buying one from someone else as they will break in a mater of months.

I love the honeystick twist! I have 2 that have been operating reliably for a year+ and I recently ordered 2 more for backups. Pricing through the website was 1/3 the price that I'd found locally, but the shipping was very slow for a domestic shipment to a large city. I was expecting to wait 12-14 days as per the order confirmation, but the order didn't ship until almost a month after I ordered. Customer service refunded the shipping charges after I followed up on the order and I finally received the sticks almost 6 weeks after ordering.

I've ordered 2 of these and only had an issue with one. But Jennie from customer services at HoneyStick was so fast at responding to me and replacing my pen immediately. Even over Christmas time. What a great company and service. Thank you.
I've enjoyed using your product and would definitely recommend to anyone.
There's so many different pens out there in this price range, (and I've bought them) this one is the best by far.

Absolute rip off, bought a elf and it stopped working after a week. Tried messaging them on Facebook.no reply.tried emailing them.no reply. Avoid buying these products they are massively unreliable and no customer respect.
