Once again excellent service and…
Once again excellent service and customer service from the lovely Zoe and Sam at vapemate who got in touch with myself immediately when they realized my shipment had gone missing during transit to myself and arranged straight away for a new replacement order to be sent to me which arrived within 2 days. I am late writing this review as I was on holiday,.so it was really appreciated by myself that they did reach out to me as I needed the products to take away on holiday. But these two ladies are always fabulous and like I said they actually reach out to yourself about any issues before you even have to contact them. This gives any future buyer great confidence in ordering from a company who have a very fast delivery time and also offer a rewards program when you sign up for their emails without even having to subscribe to a monthly order m excellent company and customer service 😊👌

Can’t imagine using anyone else.
I’ve been using Vapemate for many years and I can’t really fault any aspect of their offering or imagine using anyone else.
Apart from good quality liquids at a good price, their rewards programme is fantastic.
Best of all is their customer service. Any email query is answered same day and any issues resolved almost as quickly.
Zoe, my latest contact, understood my two issues and within 24 hours, helped resolve them. Importantly she recovered some missing rewards points which cheered me up no end.

Ive been using this company for a long time now and honestly they are just amazing, nothing is to much trouble, they get back to you if you email them which is to much trouble for most companies and the delivery is spot on and never had to wait longer than a few days, so thank you vapemate would not order from anyone else

I regularly order vape liquid from…
I regularly order vape liquid from Vapemate and the delivery times are excellent.
I recently had to replace my vape which was the Aspire K3 and it had been discontinued so I selected one from Vapemate. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was far too large for me so I called customer services and spoke to Zoe who helped me with my return and also did some investigation to source me a suitable replacement for my original.
She received my return, arranged my refund and has been in constant touch with me with up-dates.
I would highly recommend this website, the service is second to none.

I was browsing online looking for offers on my usual Vampire Vape Pinkman 70vg E liquids. I luckily stumbled upon Vapemate who had them on offer for £1.99 each. Plus i received 20% off my first order for subscribing to they mailing list. Plus you only have to spend a minimum of £10 to receive free delivery which is great and most Vape companies don't offer such a thing. Plus they offers a loyalty scheme where you can build up points to be used as a discount on your next order. Plus they offer a £10 referral bonus for you and your friend if your friend spends a minimum of £20 on they first order.
I needed help with the referral and got a prompt reply back from Zoe at vapemate customer services who helped me get everything sorted so me and my friend received £10 off which was fantastic. I'm really happy with everything I've received as a new customer and the most important thing for me when ordering from a company is the customer service I receive and i got that from Zoe x
I will defo be ordering again on a regular basis!

Excellent value for money and customer service
Love the customer loyalty points programme and Zoe in the customer service department gets any issues solved immediately and is so efficient and friendly. She keeps you up to date via either email or phone and nothing is a problem for her. This company is the best I have dealt with.

Only concern is I’ve had to move onto different vapes due to stock availability but there is generally something similar in stock to try instead.
