Great choice of products, sometimes the stock is low so you don’t get all the flavours you want but the service and delivery is excellent.

All ok apart from i received a liquid that wasn't the flavour I asked for.

I always get what I order and if there is a problem with the order which on this occasion their was. The person responsible for my order contacted me via email and mentioned the problem. He/she offered a suitable solution. Otherwise I have never had an issue.

Product exactly as described, only ever used billet boxes & dare I say the Aspire RAGA is better? I probably would. It’s also as customisable & takes a wide range of boros, even having an adjustable screw to ensure ALL Boros fit properly which will hopefully cut down on leaks. The package arrived within just a few days of payment, well packaged, signed for & customer service is excellent, which is saying something nowadays. Nathan is a pleasure to deal with. He went above & beyond to find me an AGE RBA Boro, too. Also the Aspire RAGA is lots cheaper than majority of stores online. Those that were cheaper didn’t have it in stock at the time. Highly recommend this store & the Aspire RAGA. You can use Boros or RDAs/RTAs & custom panels are available. It has loadsa built In settings so no need to mess around wasting valuable vaping time finding a pc to hook up to escribe to set preferences, everything’s already there in the simple to use idiot proof menu to get your perfect setup EXACTLY however you like to vape. . Infact I bought this when my billet box went on the blink due to leaks of juice & purchased the new V4 which won’t arrive for months, I needed a vape now, so read the reviews of the various vapes around at the moment looking for the best, & the reviews are BANG on, the Aspire RAGA definitely gives the billet box a run for its money, at a FAR cheaper price. It’s compact, stylish, & easily fits in your pocket/padded vape case. Wish I could cancel my billet box order now. Having a back up vape is never a bad thing tho, incase things go wrong again. My wife WILL love the Aspire RAGA so I’m 💯going to get her one for her birthday, to get her off of disposables that are a waste of time & money.

I was sent a replacement item which was inferior to the product I ordered. The replacement item is a lot cheaper everywhere else. I was not notified at all that what I ordered was out off stock. I am not happy and will not be ordering anything else from Vape Saloon.
