This is an question review for vbet who claim the best platform in market since from 2003.
1. Is this platform has approval from indian government if so why isn't that been mention into your platform.
2. Your platform states that we can deposit and withdrawal money without verification it is been mention in your platform verify document section.
3. Why user need to submit document for verification
4. Why is that your platform allow user to deposit without asking re-verification
5. Why your platform so called relevant team comes into picture after depositing and asking re-verification at time of withdrawal and called as safety precautions
6. Is this genuinely, safety precautions for user or for platform, as I see no safety precautions at time of deposit it always comes while withdrawing money.
7. Why is re-verification trigger, that means your own employees didnot verified user document thoroughly.
8. Why do user need to submit selfie with document, video recording with document or else video call with document.
9. Once upon a time this platform was user friendly and use to approve withdrawal within 10 min why now all re-verification comes.

One of the best scamming platform in the market.
1st. I created and account submitted my document for verification of account which was thereafter been verified and marked as green
2nd. Has reached out support staff asking can I deposit and withdrawal without verification they said yes
3rd. After that when I deposited money and tried to withdrawal they are not allowing stating reach out to support staff.
4th. They asked me to submit additional document which I submitted later they verified the account and document and now they are again asking me to submit more documents.
Conclusion:All they required is to not payout withdrawal.

Vbet is fraud . They showed a payment id and i payed to it. Later they asked me bank statement and everything and i sent everything. Even after 2 months they decline that they recieved the payment . Now after i request for chargeback ,they decline it saying they provided the goods/ services . What is this I don't understand. If you didn't get the payment why/ how are you declining my chargeback request?
