Fantastic service! Velo Yelo took away all the stress of travelling with my bike to Hamburg. There was great communication from the start. My bike was collected from my home address and racked safely in the van, then easily collected in Hamburg ready to go!

Even better, Paddy found a spot near the transition area after the race, so we didn't have to walk far to drop the bike off. Then, without fault, it appeared back home a couple of days later.

Absolutely great service. I will definitely be using them again and promoting them wherever I can. Huge shout out to Paddy for an amazing service!

From start to finish, the service was brilliant: professional, stress free and exactly what you need when you're trying to focus on race week rather than worrying about your bike making the journey.

What really stood out was the support beyond just transport. The morning before the race, I had a bit of a back wheel drama and Sean very kindly offered his services as a bike mechanic to help get me sorted. Thankfully everything worked out, but it was hugely reassuring to know there was someone knowledgeable on hand when pre race panic started to set in!

The team are genuinely passionate about helping athletes have the best race experience possible. I couldn't recommend Velo Yelo highly enough!

Fantastic service from Sean. Kept us up to date and delivered the bike back two days after the race. Collected and delivered back to home. Top service would definite again for my next Ironman. Use with confidence.

The Veloyelo team helped me transport my bike to Hamburg 25 IM. Paddy collected the bike and thereafter everything worked to perfection. I finished the race, dropped the bike off as close to the finish line as anyone could imagine, got my Veloyelo t-shirt that I’ve loved ever since. Nothing gets in the way of this chap, awesome!

I did IRONMAN Cascais in Portugal in October 2025 and used velo yelo to transport my bike. Upon collection from my house in Cheshire I was greeted by super friendly Patrick and the process only took about 5mins, collected my bike back in Portugal 3 days later and it was exactly the way I left it, after the race I just dropped my bike with Patrick and 3 days later was back with me again in the UK. This was a super safe method of transporting the bike and completely hassle free. Amaing business idea from these guys and the way they conduct business is based on friendliness, trust and good race vibes. I used Velo Yelo for Tallinn 70.3 in August 2025 and would highly recommend. There was clear communication on everything which made the process so easy. Paddy is a gentleman and was great to deal with. The collection and drop off of the bike at my house is fantastic and saves a lot of time. I will be using the lads again for my 2026 race!

I recently took part in Tallinn Ironman and Velo Yelo made the whole process SO easy. It was my first ever Ironman so I did not want the stress of transporting my bike. Paddy from Velo Yelo was so helpful. Great company and I wish them all the best.

First class service. I booked with Velo Yelo for Ironman Tallinn. They collected from my house a week before the race, and dropped it back off 6 days after the event. Paddy has been sensational. Regular communication regarding meeting times and places. He even came down to the swim start to say good luck. I will definitely book again with them for future races.

Brilliant experience with VeloYelo , from the moment I contacted Andrew and booked from when Patrick collected the bike to and from Tallinn (for ironman Tallinn) they went above and beyond. The fact that Patrick was at the start line cheering us on said it all .

Cannot fault these guys. The bike transport to my Ironman in Estonia was seamless and well communicated, and Paddy was so friendly and made the whole process so simple. Will use them for all my future races now!

I used Velo Yelo for an Ironman race in Nice and they were absolutely fantastic. They came to my house to collect, dropped the bike off the day before and collected it straight after the race. Couldn't be easier. Great communication throughout, very reasonable price and they took all the stress out of travelling with a bike. I would definitely use them again.

Velo Yelo transported my bike to IM Hamburg absolutely flawlessly.

From the moment it was picked up, to getting it dropped back home, the efficiency and effectives of this team is second to none. Absolutely fantastic service and without fault.

Paddy was brilliant, very contactable, very personable, had the bike ready to go when needed and was within metres of the Transition area to pick it back up again for the journey home.

Paddy was an absolute legend. Took all the stress out of getting my bike to and from my first IM race in Hamburg. He was even there at the start of the race cheering us on and at the end by transition to take your bike off you. Everything was so easy. Highly recommended.

Leaving a review on behalf of my partner who used Velo Yelo to transport his bike from South Wales to Hamburg for Ironman. Amazing service & communication from start to finish. Paddy ensured everything ran smoothly & his bike was race ready when arriving in Hamburg and was then delivered back home immaculately and on time. 10/10 service, highly recommended & would use again.

Top notch service from Veloyelo for full distance IM over in Hamburg. I’ve travelled with my bike many times, getting it transferred is one major stress eliminated….especially before a full distance IM. Club mates were so jealous when I only had a few hundred metres to travel to drop my bike off after the race. Paddy went above and beyond to get my bike back to me on return home. 100% recommend. 👍👍. Great support from Paddy on the course as well.

VeloYelo transported my bike for Ironman Hamburg, and took all the hassle out of the process. The bike arrived in Hamburg and returned fully built, in perfect working order, with no issues. Communication was clear, I was informed exactly when the bike would be picked up (from my house) and where to collect it. After the event, drop-off was located just outside of transition. The team was always quick to respond to questions and even came out to cheer us on during race day. Fantastic service all around.

Highly recommend Velo Yelo for bike transfer! I used them for my first Ironman 70.3 in Jesolo in May 2025 and the service was 10/10. Firstly, I called Andy to ask some questions before booking and he was extremely understanding & helpful. The service was easy to book and there were clear comms for the pick up of my bike / process. I also thought the price point was very reasonable considering the rental of a bike box / extra luggage for flight / XL taxis etc. Paddy collected my bike on Wednesday and it was ready to collect on Friday in Jesolo, it was a super easy process and removed all anxiety of travelling with a bike box / assembling or renting a bike. Having your own bike for your first race was very helpful to calm any race nerves and the service and team at Velo Yelo was incredible. I will definitely be using this service if (when) I sign up for my next race. Thank you Andy, Paddy & team!!!

Hassle free service as always from the guys on my IM Barcelona trip this year. Went out of their way to help me out of a few tight spots over the weekend!

Transported two bikes for me and my wife from London to the Cascais Ironman 2024. Patrick and Sean were there from door to race to door, looked after the bikes beautifully, were always on the end of the phone and always happy to have a chat with us. Got me out of a hole when I left some stuff behind in Portugal too! Much much better than having to cart the bicycle yourself!
