I found versus law straight forward and very helpful.

The team at Versus Law were fantastic, they managed the sale and purchase of our houses.They kept in constant communication and moved the process along as quickly as could be expected. Nicola in particular was great, she really worked hard to meet the deadlines that we needed to hit. Would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Not one to write reviews however I must say that these ladies are pre-eminent in the industry. Kulbinder Mehay is just a warrior and juat doesnt get fazed by any obstacles; patient, reassuring, calming and when times were difficult she led the way forward. Such a wonderful solicitor. Also hats off to Shazia- whos basically a celebrity in the solicitor world - beautiful lady with superior work ethics.

Nicola Nolan and Natalie Moylan are an excellent conveyancing team. We have used them more than once and recommend them to friends and family (who were also impressed). Unless your case is an easy, bog standard, run of the mill one, then don't bother with this firm. They just want money for old rope. They started the conveyancing work for us, but when they found out the owner was Australian they couldn't be bothered with the extra paper work and dropped it. Time wasters

I purchased my first home in February, and used Versus as my solicitor. I dealt with Natalie Moylan from start to finish, who was excellent throughout. The purchase ended up being delayed and resulted in a quite hectic finish, but Natalie remained calm and professional at all times, whilst providing a very high quality of work. My thanks to Natalie and her team, for making a long purchase so much easier!

We were selling our house (through Nick) and buying a house (through Natalie) and I can honestly say these are the best solicitors we’ve ever used (we had always used ones in London previously). Amazing law firm for conveyancing!! My wife and I made an offer on a house 24th September and we were moved in by 20th December. It should also be noted that we were selling my wife's apartment at the same time (also using Versus), further complicating everything. Thanks to Natalie, everything was done in a very efficient manner and she was very understanding of our situation. (My wife was nearing the end of her second trimester so we needed to get moved in before Christmas in case the baby decided to come in early January.) Moving house is quite a process and because there are so many moving parts there's a high probability of delays. This is exactly why you need a good solicitor.

Most of the communication with Natalie was done by email and there was a couple of times I stopped by the firm to hand some signed forms in. She really stayed on top of it all and we're still feeling incredibly grateful that we're moved in to our new house and ready for our first child's arrival in to the world.
