Not as well known in the UK, but Vesrah are very well known elsewhere in the world (Japanese company, have been around since the 1950's). I think the website is a bit cumbersome & could do with a simpler format of searching and also just 'add to basket' when you find the pad you want, rather than searching for the pads, then going to the seperate 'shop' page to actually add to basket. Also, why is the VASS tool link to help you find your pads hidden at the bottom of the page? Surely it would make more sense to be prominent at the top on at least the home page?!
Used Paypal both times I've purchased, no problems and items arrive within a few days. Good service all round, just think the website could be made easier to find stuff. It has a look about it more suited to Windows '95.

Was initially unsure as I found them online with 0 reviews and an English Instagram account (w/ ties to their Japanese branch) with little interaction past posts about their motorsport participations. As such I treated it as a potential scam, using a virtual single-use card and buying a single pair of motorcycle brake pads as a test of legitimacy.

However I was promptly emailed by the director that my purchase was out of stock. This was due to refurbishment of their UK distribution warehouse, in which it only affected their SD series (organic / cheapest) of brake pads, as they were stated to be bought in bulk wholesale and as such couldn't be taken to temporary storage. A delay which would usually be annoying, but honestly I was very reassured by the quick email to notify me and a subsequent explanation of alternative choices such as a full refund. The issue was resolved immediately with clear transparency and I received my alternative order 2 days later. (Note: the director's English is clearly not native but perfectly understandable while also being very professional, so there shouldn't be any issues with customer support)

As for the website itself?? It's got a clear UI and has a nice diagram tree of what brake pad series would suit your style of vehicle and riding. They detail the material contents of each product openly and although there's unfortunately no real pictures of the products, they showcase the dimensions which is far more useful. Purchase is through a reputable 3rd party transaction service so it's secure.

Overall, very pleasant experience and the product itself feels up to the standard they claim it is. Cost is also fairly competitive, especially for the quality. Definitely recommend.
