It's not your products fault,an it might be helping some, this was for a friend,she can,t afford vet bills so we are giving it a try.lts only a little over a week so I think it's a little early to tell she is on a double dose, but she was drinking a whole lot of water, an BIG lumps of urin, Thanks for checking.

Typically, we do recommend trying our products for at least 30 days since they are homeopathic and can take time to build up in the system. Many customers started noticing some improvements after about 2 weeks of regular use, however timing for relief and overall results will vary with each pet. It can depend on how well the body absorbs homeopathic ingredients and how severe the symptoms are to start as well. We do hope that your friend continues to try the product. Very happy cat mom!!
First of all, I want to give a BIG "shout out" to Vetonix's vet, Dr. Char! She went "over and above" giving me VERY useful information, to help my Diabetic cat! I am using 3 products from Vetonix - Dia-ionx, Omega 3/6/9 and Probiotics for cats. I am extremely happy with ALL of these products!! My 12 year old cat was recently diagnosed with Diabetes. I give her insulin shots, 2 times a day. She was sluggish, at first, with just the insulin. Once I started the Vetonix products, I noticed a BIG difference in the amount of energy she now has.

My dog is suffering from arthritis of the hips and also a nervous disorder. I was advised by Dr Char to use Anxietrex and arthro-ionx .I have been using both almost one week and to date there is no improvement . I am disappointed but I will continue trying since I am desperate for results

We are sorry to hear that Derma-Ionx has not helped to relieve your dogs symptoms. The product is intended to help with the symptoms that can be caused by an allergy, which for some pets can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding, which is why we encourage customers to give our product at least 30 days. If the product is just given internally, each bottle should last 30 days for pets up to 90 pounds, less if it is used both internally and externally for added relief. Didn't work for our guy!
We were so excited to start using Vetionx with all the positive reviews. It hasn't helped at all with our Siberian Husky. Found out through an x-ray that his problem is arthritis but more degenerative muscle/joint issues

What works for one may not work for another unfortunately. Timing for relief does vary as well since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding. Typically we encourage customers to give our products at least 30 days, and given as directed. There is a crisis dosing option available if you are not seeing a response at this time. Your order does have 60 days from the date of purchase and you are allowed to use 2 full bottles within that time frame. Product arrived on time but I can't …
Product arrived on time but I can't honestly say that it helped my dog. He is still scratching with red and flakey skin. I have taken him to several Vets and spent about a thousand dollars on him. Nothing helps.

Arthro-IonX does work
Arthro-IonX does work. I read the product reviews and thought I'd give it a try and bought one bottle. Our 11 year old large male Standard Poodle was having a very hard time jumping up on our bed. He eventually gave up trying. I was so sad for him and researched what I could do for him. My first thought was purchase steps for him but, I wanted to give him something to help his pain/energy. I am very pleased to say that after about a week of being on Arthro-IonX once a day, he could jump and do stairs so much better. Now after about a month he is back to par. I could not be happier! I just bought 4 more bottles.

After reviewing your order information, we do show that we can corresponded with you regarding your refund via email several times as well as provided an update via telephone. Your refund has been processed and as stated on the telephone, it can take between 3-5 business days for the credit card company to receive an post the transaction to your account. We are terribly sorry if you have missed any responses that we have sent. Please let us know if you do not see your credit by the end of the week. I've been using the Chill out chews for my dog and it has really helped with her storm phobia. She finds a comfortable spot and sleeps through most thunderstorms now.

No progress to date
Have been using for11 days on my 12 year old Golden Retriever now suffering from hip dysplasia. So far I have seen no improvement. I'll give it a full 30 days before requesting a refund. Customer service though was very friendly.

I have noticed minimal but a little …
I have noticed minimal but a little difference in my dog. She started suffering terribly when we began cutting the grass this year. I cannot afford this new drug "apoquel." And, I prefer natural remedies whenever possible. But I am not seeing the results I hoped for. I wonder how long it's supposed to take? 60.00 for 2 small bottles is also high for such little result. She scratches til she makes herself help. It actually - just the scratching - wakes us up at night.

Derma-Ionx does come with a spray bottle that you can use topically, however it is intended for internal use for optimal results. It can be done up to two times daily if needed, which is our crisis dosing.

Product was not what I thought it was and your return policy is has a long way to go to become more friendly - not user- friendly but more polite and not so "stiff" - probably won't go back to this label again due to nasty return policy

We are terribly sorry that you felt this way about our return policy. Every company has it's own refund policy whether it be an online company or a retail location. We do show that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been issued for the return of your product and an email confirmation has been sent which includes all the return guidelines. Please feel free to contact our call center with any questions as we would be happy to assist you. Otherwise, once the package has been received, a refund of the product price will be issued. There is an automatic email that is also sent once the refund has settled in our system, which does include a transaction number as well that you can use to confirm with your credit card company.
