Great communication when I needed some advice on a purchase. This place has top garms at decent prices and I couldn’t help but buy myself a very early birthday present :D

replied promply via email to questions, extra 10% off, dispatched and delivered next day as stated , top work

Unbeatable deal. Packaged perfectly and arrived almost instantaneously. Perfect communication and presentation. 10/10

Absolute spot on service by viaroma ordered a few things and had a size issue with one item. It was returned and exchanged in a few days. Great customer service and fast delivery. Will 100% be using again

Top class company arrived safe and sound. Very helpful in customer service when I exchanged my stone island for another.

I had an order delivered with photo provided, left in my front garden, got home from work no parcel, contacted retailer again to be emailed back I have to take it up with DPD, sorry but my contract is with retailer not the carrier, I won't purchase anything again from this retailer.

Will be shopping here again in the future and will recommend this place hopeing for some great quality clothes and reasonable prices, specially for another end of new years sales on.

Advise anyone shopping here to be careful!! Ordered two polo shirts online and one only turned up, contacted them to discuss problem and was told it’s not there problem its down to DPD, said they had proof of delivery in a big parcel bag however when asked to see the image had no response. Having CCTV myself and video doorbell can clearly see it’s a small parcel. Currently in dispute but please use payment that covers you if this situation happens!!!! Absolute SCAM of a company!

Purchased t-shirt,2 day after it should of been dispatched got a refund, no apologies or email explaining item had gone out of stock. Now I’m gonna have to head to shops to find a Burberry t-shirt to wear tonight .

Great shopping experience straight forward answers to all my enquiries hassle free returns received exactly what was ordered glad I found this outlet.

Excellent choice, decent discount for Black Friday. Good insta promos. Quick dispatch and delivery. Will use again.
