The flight was late and even though we gave the flight number the driver charged us double the price at the end of the trip {he claimed it was company policy}

Sehr unkomplizierter Service! Ich habe schon mehrmals gebucht, auch erst am Vorabend und wurde noch nie enttäuscht.

Wir waren schon 6x mit dem Taxi-Unternehmen unterwegs und immer zu 100% zufrieden!!

Früher hatten wir diverse andere Taxiunternehmen mit Fahrten zum/vom Flughafen beauftragt, die aber teilweise nicht zuverlässig waren. Was ich damit sagen will: wir haben diesbezüglich wirklich genügend Erfahrungen und können Vienna-Airport-Cab uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!

very efficient service. both on the outward and return journey I was contacted by telephone by the driver shortly before the appointment, to confirm the pick-up point. both drivers were punctual and helpful. the price agreed in advance was respected. I recommend it

Habe Taxi bestellt
Taxi hatte zugesagt,und ist dann nicht gekommen.
Habe einfaches taxi gerufen ,und bin in letzter minute doch noch am flughafen angekommen.

Not trustable.

They confirmed.
I've waited for 15 minutes. No answer.
Fortunately I've found a driver by the app Bolt.
Otherwise I could lose my flight.

Taxi schon X- Tage vor Abflug bestellt, 2x kamen Nachfragen die ich jeweils bestätigt habe. Taxi kam nicht. Habe angerufen, es hieß...kommt in 5-8 Minuten (bereits 20 Minuten über der Bestellteit) Taxi kam natürlich nicht. Nach erneutem Anruf, war der am Telefon nich dazu sehr ungehalten. Zum Glück kam gerade ein anderer Taxifahrer der dann so gut war, und die Fahrt durchgeführt hat. NIE WIEDER MIT VIENNA AIRPORT CAB.
Nicht eine Silbe der Entschuldigung kam. Tolle Kaufleute 😞

Pünktlichkeit ja, aber was gar nicht geht, steigen am hotel ein und der wagen stinkt pervers nach zigarettenqalm, 2 Packungen liegen quasi als Begrüßung im Cockpit,wie auch schon bei der Abholung vom Flughafen ausser das es nicht so nach rauch stank. zum auto kann man nur sagen sehr ungepflegter Kleinwagen, Vordersitze dreckig und fleckig. eigentlich eine Unverschämtheit ! Bei Ebay würde man wohl sagen, Danke NIE wieder

Fahrer kam 40 Minuten nach pünktlicher Planankunft des Flugzeugs, obwohl mitten in der Nacht (kein Verkehr!) Keine Abholung in der Halle, man muss draußen auf Parkplatz warten. Sparen sich die Parkgebühren auf dem Flughafen. Zumindest war der Fahrer telefonisch erreichbar, also konnte erfahren, dass er auf dem Weg war. Sonst alles in Ordnung.

Simply an awful taxi company. Taxi wasn't there when I arrived at the airport. When I called, I was told the driver needs further 20 minutes! Since I had an appointment, that wasn't possible for me. So I asked for another colleague to come earlier, which they confirmed. Again further 10 minutes of waiting time. I had to call again and was (only then!) told that suddenly there was no other colleague available. Tried to call the initial contact person (who meanwhile had been informed about the mess) and.... - this person simply did not pick up the phone anymore! Because of a lot of luggage, I needed a van, which I fortunately found outside the airport. Biggest plot twist: Instead of the 65,00 Eur this company would have charged, I only paid 43,00 Eur with the taxi I took from the taxi stand outside the building!

I have ordered a taxi through the website (order number 625A82) 1 day before departure at night to the airport, the order was confirmed, the amount was recalculated with the condition of arrival at an additional address. no one came by the appointed time, and even after 20 minutes. There was no phone or whatsapp connection. I had to order another taxi urgently. I almost missed my plane flight. horrible. outrageous service. the next day the manager confirmed that the driver overslept the order 🤦🏼‍♂️

Very polite and helpful driver. Very nice car! It felt like a luxury ride!! Prompt, on time. Would definitely recommend.

Booked online for a middle of the night taxi request to the airport and received a confirmation and reassurance that the driver will be punctual.
A friendly driver already waited for us and chatted on the journey.

Hat alles super geklappt, Abholung zum und vom Flughafen sehr pünktlich. Gleicher Fahrer und sehr nett und hat sogar die Koffer vom Kofferraum rausgenommen. Das nächste mal wieder.

Verlässliches service von und zum Flughafen. Angemessener Preis und die Stempel Karte ist ein extra Grund, um immer wieder zu buchen.
Bis jetzt waren alle Fahrer zuverlässig und höflich und haben uns sicher an unser Ziel gebracht
