$50 per person 'fee' to process post covid and doubled all prices. Not great way to run business post covid. Charge more to make up for last years losses. They say it's a "new fee"

The processing went smoothly and I had my letter the next day........ They say they have excellent support........ well so far its non existent. I had question about the information on the application form that came with the letter......... waiting three days now and no reply....... so I messaged again........ still no reply.

Due to a sudden change in plans I had to get a visa within a few days of leaving China and entering Vietnam!. With communication difficulties, no printer, and a limited Chinese SIM card I was still able to contact Oanh of Vietnam Visa who sorted everything out including the payment arrangement. Excellent service throughout which is why I have just used Vietnam Visa again for my next trip in a few days 👍🏻

Vietnam Visa are so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my payment card and needed my visa letter in a hurry as it was just before Christmas. They very kindly opened their office for me after hours so I could pay in cash. The letter arrived promptly and I had no problem at visa checkpoint at HCMC airport. This is the second time I have used them and would without hesitation use them again and would certainly recommend them to others.

Very professional and helpful staff, was nervous at first because of the nature of doing business over the internet. The instructions were very clear and the website easy to use. We needed to do a adjustment to our request and it was handled very fast and very helpful staff.
