Bekommen habe ich eine Halterung für eine Rasierklinge.

Udste: Es handelte sich um ein Versehen. Kann passieren.

Geweldige service! Het bestellen van mijn vignet en milieusticker was snel, eenvoudig en heel overzichtelijk. De bestelling werd vlot verwerkt en alles werd netjes geleverd. Wat ik vooral erg waardeerde, waren de duidelijke tips en informatie over de verplichtingen per land. Zo weet je precies welke vignetten, milieustickers of andere regels van toepassing zijn en ga je goed voorbereid op reis. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die zonder zorgen de weg op wil. Topservice!

Charged me for a swiss Vignette which was not delivered, they said i could order an an E-Vignette and they would credit the original Vignette which i did, however they have not credited me the original and they have not responded to various emails that i have sent since

We hadden blijkbaar vignet al elders besteld, waarop Vignetics me contacteerde per mail en vervolgens per telefoon om bevestiging te vragen en om bestelling te annuleren.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Vignetics and seriously question the legality of their practices.

My order was allegedly shipped on April 22, yet to this day the company has been unable or unwilling to provide any verifiable proof of shipment or even a valid tracking number, despite repeated formal requests. Under EU consumer protection law, a seller must be able to demonstrate dispatch and provide transparent information regarding the delivery status of an order. Vignetics has failed to comply with these obligations.

Due to this lack of proof and the company’s complete absence of transparency, I exercised my legal right of withdrawal and requested the cancellation of my order. Vignetics refused without any proper justification and is now deliberately ignoring my messages.

Refusing to provide evidence of shipment while denying a consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights may constitute a breach of EU consumer law and potentially deceptive commercial practices. I am now considering escalating this matter through consumer protection authorities, payment dispute procedures, and all available legal channels.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company until they start respecting basic consumer rights and legal obligations.

Uiteraard denk je extreem goed voorbereid op reis te gaan, sta je nog even een kop koffie te doen voor de grens Zwitserland, oepsss vignet vergeten.
Gelukkig was daar redder in nood Vignetics welke meteen een superhelden pak aantrok en binnen een paar minuten de vignet regelde, zodat de reis voorspoedig doorgang heeft.
Op app binnen 1 minuut een reactie, dit is hoe service hoort te zijn.

Eine sehr kompetente und rasche Bearbeitung der DE-Umweltplakette sowie super Lieferung. Montag bestellt und Donnerstag mit der Post erhalten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Vignetics.
