There is a consistent issue with poor packaging. Items arrive bent, damp, scattered within the box; the shipping box arrives partly open, damaged, ripped. I've communicated with Viking more than once... Ver más

Fast and efficient service. Strange though that the order was split into two packages sent over two days. It would surely be cheaper (for Viking) to consolidate into one shipment ?

Easy ordering process and prompt delivery. Good value for money
So simple to order & received the order the following day.
Delivery left outside in the rain. Delivery arrived in 3 parts 3 days delivered one day after the other. Packaging all ripped and damaged goods inside. Reported to Viking Direct. No one single reply! The courier service Viking direct are using is a disgrace and no interaction or reply or replacement for goods damaged. Last time ordering from Viking Direct.

My goods never arrived and when I followed up the blame was put on the courier. They were to follow up but I never heard back. After contacting them again they were not helpful and kept blaming the courier they use. I was brushed off on another occasion mid conversation and no one was able to help me even after three separate people dealing with me. The customer service was shocking and I will not be using them again. When I asked for a refund even this was not straightforward.

My order was picked up by GLS on 8th April and was still not delivered by end of day on 14th April. Viking did not notice and would appear to have a gap in their overall process.
