Great survey, very in-depth!

A very positive experience with Viking from start to finish. It was easy to contact them to arrange a survey. The staff were helpful and communication throughout was excellent. The level 2 survey was extremely thorough and detailed. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to other quotations. The report was sent through very quickly.

Very quick at quoting up the prices and they dealt with the solicitors direct to gain entry. Reports were conducted in a timely manner and very good detail! Would recommend!

From booking online to the report being issued was really straightforward. Communication was great ( thank you Phoebe) and the Level 3 report was incredibly detailed with images and drone shots. With so many companies to chose from i feel I made the right decision and the price was great too.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt this company deserved one. They were recommended to me by a friend and were fantastic throughout the whole process.

Their organisation and communication were brilliant. When there was an issue with the estate agent not providing keys, they kept me updated, reassured me it would be resolved, and shared clear evidence of the conversations they'd had.

The survey was thorough and easy to follow, giving me a good understanding of the property's condition.

It was easy to arrange a survey, payment needs to be made in advance but the level 3 survey was well worth the money. A very thorough 91 page survey, which flagged some risks we weren’t aware of.
I was even able to talk to the surveyor after to discuss some of the risks raised.

I had a smooth experience with viking.I initially booked them for a separate building but as soon as i changed my mind,i immediately gave them a ring and they didn't stress me at all .They followed my new plan without delay.Their report were detailed and understandable.
They assessed all the necessary areas in the building. The price was reasonable.

Very thorough survey. Major and minor issues identified and possible causes noted as well as solutions and notes where further investigation is needed. Photos supporting the report and points to follow up with legal advisor clearly noted. Over all very pleased with service would highly recommend

We had a home buyers survey carried out by Viking. The survey itself covered everything we wanted and more! The results came through by email very quick. I would recommend Viking very highly.

We are purchasing our first home and used Vikings for a level 2 survey. The survey was carried out by Phoebe and the level of service was outstanding. The process was completely seamless and Phoebes huge amount of knowledge has made this process so easy for us and helped to answer all the questions we threw at her.
