Dear Miquel, thank you for your review. By reading the official report from our resort managers, please find our response below for clarification.
The villa was spotless and immaculate upon your arrival and the pool was clean. Therefore, we can't accept your "complaint" about the pool (piscina). You also "complained" about the maid service and gardener. (The price you paid includes services such as gardener and mid-week clean.)
During the maid visit (mid-week clean) the villa was filthy and dirty this is what caused the "invasion" of ants. We have never had a problem with ants as the villa has been treated.
We are aware you had problems operating the oven. We can confirm two of the hobs were not working but the rest were. We have reported this to the villa owner who called a technician. We do ask our clients ringing our resort manager late at night is only for emergency, despite of this you have rang our resort manager because you had trouble cooking your dinner.
The owner was shocked to see the state of the villa, very dirty and also that your party had ridden the mopeds across the grass causing some damage and disrupting the neighbours. He also noticed that there were five people sleeping in the villa. (Please note Villa Ines sleeps 4 and by booking the villa you accepted our terms and conditions.) This was confirmed by the neighbours and also by the cleaners and this is totally unacceptable. The fifth person was sleeping on the living room floor.
Finally, there are no official complaints were made in resort and we received no emails from you.
