Such a refreshing experience working with VIQU. It really felt like we were a team working towards a common goal to reach a positive result, for the client and candidate.

So many agencies post vacancies for the masses or mail in the same way. Then it's a bun fight for both candidates & recruiters alike.
My experience with VIQU was different, it was very targeted and with recruiters actually being knowledge on the subject matter, which of cause will of great value for the client.

When the market does a 180, candidates will remember the good recruiters.
The ones who took the time listen, support, share insights, constructively challenge.
I will also say that the interview preparation materials shared by VIQU, were 1st class; they were tailor made for the client and role, putting me in the best possible position to maximise my performance on the day.

Aaron was front and center of this, advising where to address gaps or reword certain areas in my CV. The preparation documentation he suppled for the role were first class, which was followed up teams call the day before the 1st & 2nd stage interviews.
