I've used Virbac on 3 occasions and have received excellent service.
I get Anxitane for my dog on a subscription basis
Prior to the order being despatched i get an email advising me my next delivery is due and the option to change or cancel it.
The order always arrives before i've run out and it works.

Dog had struvite stones removed aged 8 and was recommended this food by the vet after a routine urine check post op.
Within a week she is super bouncy and enthusiastic.
Loves the food and is a really fussy eater. Clears her plate and yaps for more.
Drinking more within days also which is encouraged

Hopefully it will do the trick for her. Expensive food.
Perfect quick delivery excellent packaging.

My cat is absolutely shining on her new food. She is so soft and oh so shiny. The order was delivered within days despite it being between Christmas and new year

In 2010 I had my pet microchipped with virbac. I received a registration document with the number and website address.

My pet has been lost and I need to report this however in the intervening years virbac have changed. The web address on the certificate if no longer valid. Then they have changed the database so now my login details do not work. The request a petlog Id form fails to send me a petlog id in spite of using the details from the certificate.

The phone numbers only leads first to a recorded message telling me to ring a different number. The next number has a recorded message telling me to use the website, which doesn't work. I am still no closer to being able to report my pet missing.
