How can you go through 200 spins and not get a single bonus game. The last 3 times I have play on this site on the same game it just doesn't hit the bonus. I have played on multiple casino sites but this one is by far the most rigged.

Hey Karen, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're sorry you've had an unlucky experience on Virgin Bet and understand how disheartening this can be.
The random number generator is a requirement of the gaming license issued by our regulators and every UK site is obligated to use one. The generator is regularly checked and audited by our regulators to ensure it's working correctly and that it's absolutely fair for everyone.
This license is provided by the Gambling Commission, which regulates all online gambling activity, in conjunction with the Government of Gibraltar and Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. All games are frequently tested to ensure they operate within the expected bounds of performance.
When you make a wager on any game, an electronic request is sent to the random number generator for a completely random combination. The generator receives no info on how much you're betting, how much you've wagered before or whether you ever have. It's a completely unique and random combination generated within a matter of milliseconds.
Upon receipt of this, our game servers work out whether it should be a win or not and will credit any winnings. Due to this process, each and every wager is completely unique, ensuring maximum fairness across the board. It's purely down to luck and chance as to how often and when you receive these winning combinations.
If you would like to provide us with some more detailed feedback, please contact our customer support team on support@virginbet.com.
We wish you the very best of luck.

Avoid....
This site is unmatched anywhere else on the level of greed, the only thing this site is capable of generating is a therapy bill. Quite literally sucks the life out of playing to the point it's not worth logging into anymore.
Dont even insult me with your copy and pasted response either, coz I've been playing slots since before Google was even a thing. Playing as long as I have you learn the systems..

I really don’t understand this site you…
I really don’t understand this site you can’t ever get any decent wins or bonuses. You can play and play and play but once you hit a bonus on a £2 stake or £1 stake you get winnings or around £30 lol. No free spins nothing. This site just seems to take and take. No fair rtps on this slot at all. You’ll find one day you’ll be winning maybe around £100/200 even tho you’ve deposited £1000s plus… however after them couple of small wins for that one day the site will dry you out for the next 3 weeks lmao.😂😂😂

Casino slots so rigged
Casino slots so rigged, 100’s spins and no bonuses, not even fun! I don’t mind losing, but come on this site is pure greed and clearly manipulative RTP’s…Dunno how they still operate and much better online sites than these. Stay well clear and save ur time and money

Hey Dean, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry you've had an unlucky experience on Virgin Bet and understand how disheartening this can be. Return to Player (RTP) shows the average percentage of money a game pays back to all players over time. For example, a 90% RTP means that, across many plays, £90 is paid out for every £100 wagered. It’s an average, not a guarantee, so you won’t win a set amount for each pound you spend. Every spin is determined by the Random Number Generator, making results completely random and based on luck. The random number generator is a requirement of the gaming license issued by our regulators and every UK site is obligated to use one. The generator is regularly checked and audited by our regulators to ensure it's working correctly and that it's absolutely fair for everyone.- Team Virgin Bet
Awful customer service as usual, Hannah B
Awful customer service as usual. Particularly bad today. Spoke to Hannah B. Couldn't be more unhelpful. took 10 minutes to get to an agent for a simple question. Had already logged into my account. I was asked 8 security questions. The last one being "What is the last casino game I played" which I start I have no idea. Hannah B closed the chat immediately. Seems like they just want you to waste your time so you get bored and give up needing help.

I put a bet on the football outright betting and within an hour they closed my account with no reason given, no explanation. Customer service couldn’t even give me a reason why. They took £100 of my money what I worked hard for and I can’t even see my bet I put on. The joy of putting a bet online is to see the cash out etc but I’ve been left with nothing. Really poor betting site. Karma will get them.

Absolutely shocking, I’ve paid over £600 on this site and not one single win. Put £20 on it this morning and did 20 £1 spins and guess what? Not a single win not even 20p. This is the worst site I’ve ever used. AVOID!!!
