played video poker, worked out they add £1 to every game as a side bet. Even after I disabled it, it automatically re-enabled itself and took £1 extra per hand. Used to be a good site to play on but now wins of any significant amount are very rare. Customer service seems programmed to respond to queries with a pre prepared essay on RNG'S and RTP. Was playing a slot game earlier in the week when a new feature just appeared from nowhere and completely ruined the game. When I queried this I was told game providers could introduce new features and Virgin were not responsible. It then turned out the new feature was a promotion being applied to certain games so it was entirely an issue caused by them. You couldn't make it up! Then, playing the same game at 50p I hit not just the bonus a super bonus with extra features and more spins. 15 spins produced £2.50 which is far less than you would expect even from a normal bonus. My account is now closed, even if you are currently winning quit while you are ahead.

I will insist the Gambling commission to recover all my losses on a fraudulent site and insist that they withdraw their licence to scam money.

Initially liked the games but giving 1 star for horrendously irresponsible gambling tools. 1 month wait to lower my daily limit. The default for daily limit is &10,000 to give you false sense of what’s right. The £10 option hidden at the bottom. Couldn’t even set all three limits in one go. Told customer service and they deliberately misunderstood and gaslit me saying I was talking about increasing limit. Went back in and was able to lower limit. I called it before it happened. Absolutely thieves this site. Deposited over a grand no wins no bonus. Contacted them asked them what's the rtp they said it's 83% rtp when on the actual game info it's said 93%rtp. They have mis lead us all we need to make complaint to the big organisations to crack them down . If I knew that they were doing that would of never played in the first place. The guy was like this is normal practise I was like r U having a laugh. I'm going to make a complaint . They will rig it when they investigated .
