Stephanie was absolutely brilliant, we’d only walked in to have a browse at Dubai holidays and to see what offers there were.. we walked out with the perfect package within minutes. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful! Definitely book more holidays with her. Thankyou!

Problems on line
We had problems booking our holiday on line, took the deposit but didn't receive a confirmation, then the system crashed. Miriam sorted it out for us very efficiently and booked our holiday for us. What a lovely lady.

Absolutely fantastic service by Virgin Norwich store and specifically Carly Martin, she helped us with our holiday over a long period with a very personal family matter. Nothing was ever an issue for Carly, she has a very friendly, personable demeaner and is a credit to the high standards we come to expect from Virgin. We showed up early to our appointment and was happy to see us, Heather was very polite and was very helpful in booking our first trip to the Maldives and booked it there and then.
