Last month was told couldn't deliver. This month was told two weeks ago my order was on its way. Still no show. Will cancel my order and buy on amazon. Same price, next day delivery.

I got notification my parcel was on the way, as usual it was never delivered but got email claiming it was and proof of address thats not even mine. This has been happening since July and still no improvement.

2 months delivers nothing, then the 3 month orderded 3 cartons only 2 delivered

Ordered a bundle of three hair products on subscription and only one was sent.

Had a parcel that was to be delivered last Friday. Apparently, I was not in when the Evri delivery driver came and they were not able to leave it anywhere. I emailed vita coco and informed them I will not be home for when the attempted redelivery is scheduled and will not be home for a few days post this date. I was told my money cannot be refunded or the parcel delivery stopped until after 3 delivery attempts. I reiterated that I will not be home, so they should advise their delivery partner not to leave my parcel with anyone or anywhere. So, 4 days after the ‘initial delivery’ attempt I received messages stating that my parcel has been delivered. So they left it at the door on a mat outside my flat, despite my previous communication. Now, I need Evri to go back and take this parcel up and vita coco to refund my money. None of which has been done as you are unable to speak to anyone on the phone at these 2 companies. Sent emails and still awaiting a reply. Terrible experience from order to delivery with no accountability whatsoever. I have cancelled my subscription and will not be spending money here anymore
