Complaint about Yodel delivery:
My doorbell rang, I answered immediately. The delivery driver was driving away. He'd dumped my order in my doorway, only a few feet from a busy street and had driven away before I even got to my door. I do not have a safe space. I will not be buying from you again, and if I'd known you use Yodel I wouldn't have ordered at all. Not acceptable.

Ich habe vor über 6 Wochen eine autorisierte Retoure an Vitamin Express geschickt – bis heute keine Erstattung!
Kundenservice???
Wenn man sich die Bewertungen hier auf Trustpilot ansieht (über 80 % mit nur 1 Stern), wundert das leider nicht.

Extrem enttäuschend für ein Unternehmen, das mit „Premium-Qualität und Service“ wirbt.
Nie wieder Vitamin Express!

I've been purchasing vitamins from Vitamin Express for approximately 7 years (since moving from Toronto to the UK). The products itself are very good quality. However, I've had to contact Vitamin Express on 2 occasions that their packaging is poor and shows no care especially for glass bottles. First response was - "We're sorry that the krill oil was delivered damaged...I have refunded you one tin...new warehouse in the UK and in this warehouse they have changed to cheaper packaging material."
Out of good faith, they should have sent me another krill oil and refund me as a loyal and dedicated customer. Especially for customer retention. The packaging appears its just thrown in a box and taped up. So poor!
I would have included pictures as evidence, but Trust Pilot doesn't indicate where to attach pictures to upload.

I am appalled at the treatment I received as a loyal customer having bought product from vitamin express for many years. I recently opt’d in for a subscription to automatically receive the products. Poor marketing / communications provided by the company lead to me misunderstanding that they send their goods without taking payments. I was shocked when I received a debt collection letter claiming I had not paid for the “goods” - I contacted the company and it turns out they sent the invoice however being a foreign company the e-invoice went to my junk inbox - it had never successfully reached me... Despite paying off the invoice, I am now fighting with the debt collection company to not have to pay the additional debt collection charges. I have tried emailing and calling Vitamin Express to seek support from their customer care, but it seems no such function exists in the company! This whole scenario has caused stress and anxiety - this has been the most appalling customer service on the market & a threat to peoples credit ratings. I am questioning why the company didn’t try to call me or write a letter to me - considering they have all my contact information.

Har kontaktet dette firma 4 ganger men har ikke fått en eneste tilbakemeldig ved at jeg prøver og si opp et abonomang men dem fortsetter bare og sende meg nye varer.
Så her er det bare en ting og si om dem ikke la deg lure inn i et abonomang :O((

sollecito in data 03.10.23 e mi rispondono che dorebbero arrivare nel giro di 48 ore, non accade... riscrivo il 07.10.2023 ... nessuna risposta.
Riscrivo, ad altra e-mail trovata nella loro e-mail di risposta, ieri 09.10.2023... nessuna risposta...
Il tracking mi da il prodotto fermo a Milano dal 29 settembre...
Cosa dovrò inventarmi per avere il prodotto???

Huge horse pills hard to swallow however I am really cleansed the product works too much in cost but this is my opinion
