Anu is a very experienced and knowledgeable hairdresser that is realistic and takes time to listen. They explain what is achievable and plan steps out to achieve desired look , at the sametime being very respecful and making you feel at ease in a friendly environment.

I had a wonderful experience at Vivo Manukau and can't recommend Bathsheba (B) and the team highly enough.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making me feel comfortable and looked after. Bathsheba took the time to really understand my hair type, discuss what I was hoping to achieve, and ensure we were completely aligned before starting. I appreciated how open, honest, and thorough she was throughout the consultation process.

What stood out most was her expertise and attention to detail. She explained every step of the process, checked in regularly, and made sure I was fully informed and happy with the direction we were taking. Her knowledge and confidence immediately put me at ease and made the entire experience enjoyable.

I had the Wella smoothing treatment, a haircut, and styling, and the results exceeded my expectations. My hair looked incredibly shiny, healthy, and smooth- it honestly didn't look like my hair! I was absolutely blown away by the transformation.

Terina was an absolute star of the show. Her way around products to her skill set amazed me as well as the report she has built with her team was good to see respect and sincere communication. She's a Crack up and being Maori myself had me in fits of laughter. She knew her colour codes and combinations and was able to keep me informed of the entire process so that I didn't need to do the guesswork. Highly 100% recommend her if you want an honest review and talk regarding your preferences and treatment. Shots fired ka pai!

If you're looking for a great cut with perfect colouring and beautiful styling, Philly manages to do all 3 and to a level that surpasses premium salons in the city.  The salon itself is mid-level and requires updating in many areas and is far from 'premium' but I think the reasonable price reflects this. I think I would follow Philly wherever she was. Having said that, the salon has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. 

Laura at Chartwell is great! Would recommend. Understood what i needed and delivered. I have rebooked for my next appointment :)
