I just wanted to leave a review about my experience in Vodafone in OConnell street Limerick. Jamie looked after me, he was top class and solved all my business needs which were complex due to the nature of things. He was professional and dealt with all the querys exceptionally well, even managed to get me to sign up for a new phone in the process. My compliments to the management team there, they clearly have the staff well trained and competent in their jobs. Fair play

Absolutely Amazing staff who could not be more helpful.
Their guidance and expertise was something you cannot buy and Bobbi went above and beyond to help me get the phone to best suit my needs going forward. She made the daunting experience of getting a new phone (for somebody who is not vert tech savvy) very simple and talked me through the whole process. Also a go to popping on a screen protector!
Will 100% be going back to that store because of the quality of management and staff.

Fantastic customer service
I had fantastic service from Joe in the Vodafone shop in O ' Connell St Limerick, he was so helpful setting up my new phone and his patience was incredible...nothing was too much for him as he answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me out so I would highly recommend him if like me you know very little about mobile phones. Many thanks Joe.
