John went out of his way to ensure the car was available following some unforeseen challenges. Car was lovely and the best priced 7 seater car i could find in Bristol.

Very quick and easy to reserve a car (a good selection and at very reasonable prices). Minimum time spent on admin during collection and drop off. Overall and excellent service from start to finish.

Unrivalled

Good specification of vehicle at the best rates available anywhere. Seamless transaction upon collection and drop off. I trust nothing changes as this inevitably will become very popular once word spreads to the masses.

Fantastic Customer Service

Great experience recently with John at Bristol. Had so much trouble with other companies, it was a very simple process, and I will back to use again. If only all rental companies were this helpful.

We were really lucky to get a car at…

We were really lucky to get a car at short notice and the customer service was great. The website is not great as I did try to use this first and had to wait to ring the next day.

This was my first tine renting with…

This was my first tine renting with VWFS and I found it to be an easy and effortless experience. I did all the paperwork and payments online so I could walk in to finish up the paperwork and drive away.

The staff were great, I had a lovely chat about the recent snow and ice while we went the paperwork and deposit payment. Same with the return of the car tbh. Quick, professional and friendly 🙂

I had the Tiguan, a lovely car. My first time in an automatic with self drive cruse control, lane and distance sensors... most of the time all I had to do was steer the car. It made motorway and variable speed areas easy on the legs and feet.

Great cars with a service above the competition

This is my 4th experience with VW rental in Bristol, and I definitely recommend them. They provide great cars in lovely conditions at a competitive price. Great team too, very customer oriented: thank you John !
