What a great service. This was the first time i have used VW rent-a-car at Parkway and i can definitely say it will not be the last. From start to finish everything was great. The guys on reception were very professional and friendly and the price was so competitive. Like i said at the start i will be using this service again.

Didn't realise that VW had a hire division until I saw them on Google. Needed to hire a vehicle for a day to take the family and quite a lot of luggage to the airport. Having visited the website the Touran looked the best option. Perfect choice of vehicle, spacious, plenty of luggage capacity and a good drive. Staff at VWFS Derby were very helpful and informative. No problems, no complaints, very happy with their service. Would happily use them again.

Needed a reliable car for two week holiday in France as I drive an electric vehicle and that part of France is a charger wasteland. VWFS is just about the only car rental that lets you take the car abroad, thanks to Brexit. And the cost is very competitive. The team at VWFS Derby couldn't have been more helpful. The car was excellent, clean, no issues over the 1100 miles driven, so very pleased with the service. No hesitation in recommending.

Very good service from vw car hire team my only concern was the car did have a lot of scratches but apart from that the car was good and very fairly priced would definitely use again.

He was very thorough and made sure we had the most suitable vehicle for our needs (moving home) he explained all the insurances clearly to make it all very simple and easy to understand. Hired a Vw Touran for the day....lovely atmosphere as I walked into the showroom...very pleasant and courteous staff...the lady who served me was very professional and very polite...the price was very cheap and puts a lot of rental companies at shame...overall a good experience and will definitely be going back to hire a car again...well done and keep up the good work
