Great staff very friendly and great value

Megan was brilliant, very helpful and efficient. Renting a vehicle was made so easy and vehicle was spotless upon collection. Will definitely be using this service again.

Let's start by giving Megan 5 stars.4 stars only for VW.
The car was ordered as a diesel,only to be told by Megan,there are no diesel Kodiaks,VWFS,still advertising a diesel,so had a 1.5 litre kodiak,now the car was faultless,handed over clean,and no problems.The lack of torque,was certainly felt,5 up and over Scottish Highland roads.
Megan was a pleasure to deal with,doing her best to help,by giving,us a full tank of petrol,certainly saving a few pounds.
This won't stop me from hiring again from here,as I've already,booked a car for October.It seems an oversight on the VWFS site,that staff have to sort out on their feet.Its not right,putting staff in that position.Come on VWFS,sort the Website out.So once again,thank You to Megan.

Only god knows where you found her. MEGAN was a god send! She was excellent customer service personified. From the initial call up I made and how she demonstrated her efficiency. She stood on her word and the car was ready when she said it would be. Paper work was efficient, so I was in and out before you knew it. On returning the car again everything was streamlined which I am grateful for as I was under time constraints. Oi the girl did good. As for the car it done the job lol

The car hire from the start was very straight forward and the staff, especially Megan, was always super friendly and helpful. They were not only helpful but also understanding and easy to get on with. The car was absolutely superb and I was fortunate enough to receive an upgrade at no extra cost. I will definitely be hiring cars with VWFS Rent a Car again and would highly recommend to family, friends and everyone else.

Some really nice cars on offer and at what seems really competitive pricing, was served by a young lady called Megan always a fast and stress free process when dealing with her, she seems knowledgeable on cars which is great if your not the most car savvy it made it a really pleasant experience for myself.
