I had need to hire a car at short notice. The staff at VW rental were very helpful and helped to get me a car at a reasonable rate the same day.

The whole process from beginning to end was excellent, very friendly and professional and most importantly great value

Further to my last post which you replied too but I was unable to reply back too I’ve now been told I’m a “hire risk” and been banned from hiring.Absaloutely pathetic !!!! How can I be a “hire risk” having been hit by a stolen car.So let me put this scenario too you.Your driving home in your company VW and a stolen car hits you and drives off at considerable speed so your unable to follow (as what happened too me) You go into work the next day and explain what’s happened.Would VW take your company car off You ????? I think not.
I’ve even offered to pay for the repairs myself and wait on the insurance claim but even that’s not good enough.
This scenario or something similar will happen on many occasions goin forward.If your to venture into car hire I suggest you av a good look at your “rules” because not one other car hire company does this in this type of scenario.
VW may be a massive company but there Mickey Mouse when it comes to car hire

Our entire experience in hiring cars from VW in Liverpool has been outstanding, The level of service is excellent, particularly from the lovely Kinza who is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and can't help enough and also Jaco who was covering for Kinza at our last pick up/drop off. He was new to the role but was extremely friendly and helpful. Both Kinza and Jaco are a credit to your company! We wouldn't hire from anywhere else now!

Initially could not use on line service so phoned up and spoke to Kinza who put me at ease and talked me through the process. Picked up a brand new car at the agreed time and can honestly say everything went smoothly and efficiently. Will defo use again when needed.

The whole experience of renting the car was brilliant. Excellent communication and the process was easy. The lady who was sorting it out for us couldn't of been more helpful.

Hired a VW Tiguan for a week. Excellent service, a great price and a really good car.

I have really enjoyed my car rental experience with your Liverpool Derby Branch, had the best customer service from your team, in particular Kinza, who went above and beyond to ensure I get familiar with the car and immediately came to rescue when something went wrong. She was one of my highlights of this holiday trip.

Usually when I rented a car I used Avis, however I won't be using them again following the wonderful experience I had hiring a car from Johnsons. From the initial contact to handing the car back, the level of customer service was just outstanding. I will definitely repeat my custom and would recommend their services to anyone.
