Bought 1 item for £19.99 + £5 delivery and then €10 customs fee.... Was purchased as a present so had to pay customs release. Definitely not worth it. Other UK websites wave customs fees on their side. Won't be using again.

Returned item still awaiting refund

PS I chased & had to prove return by copying my post office receipt. I sent this twice and now have this reply via Trust Pilot today?Not a good experIence.

Having previously ordered before I placed an order on 20th October for multiple items including a jumper that was intended as a gift. Contacted them on 3rd November as there was no sign.They informed me that my package was being sent back. A few days later I received a refund but no explanation on why I never received my package or why it was sent back despite ordering from them before. Extremely disappointing

I bought a jumper and a dress, the dress was in the sale for £5 and I’m not usually a person to wear or buy dresses but this one really caught my eye, arrived really quickly, upon opening the dress was too big and was barely held together it looked more like a cardigan than a dress so I just thought I’d return it and get a refund however there’s a clause stating that they take money off for a handling fee if you return it, so I’d end up paying more to return it than the dress cost on the first place

Great selection and a very good price. I had an issue with one item and they resolved it with ease.

Bought 3 Items .. 28.72 Euro customs tax.. Definitely not worth ordering again.. All other English sites have this sorted where you don't pay tax.. Won't be ordering again

Nothing like the picture on the website, shows white check inside the jacket and it’s more grey/mucky white, cheap material that you’d get on a market. Not happy with this company at all!! Doesn't deserve 1 star

Very bad customer service. Ordered a dress. Received email saying it was dispatched. Waited a week to receive dress. On the day it was to be delivered, I got an email saying it was refunded. When I emailed them, the customer service was very poor. Very hard company to deal with. Habe since read similar reviews and the quality of dresses are supposed to be very cheap so probably good they never bothered sending it. Your reply was about a different order. If you actually read my review its about my order in July that you never sent. I didn't mention emails or customs in my review. Thanks for the incorrect reply though 🤣

Ordered several dresses from here as they are great value for money and look very stylish I wore one to my nephews wedding and got loads of compliments. Goods arrive within a few days of ordering, have only ever returned one item but was very easy and refund received within a couple of days. Would highly recommend shopping here

Overall the experience was good. The dress was nice and it came on time. My only reservation was that it was a little tight on the arms. Unfortunately their sizes are only up to size 16, I would love it if there had size 18. 😁

Order no. 1090992 Got my first order from Want that Trend within 3 days, very good quality, sizing was good, motif perfect, after washing there was no colour runs or going out of shape. I am definitely ordering from them again I’ve got some items in mind I’m just looking for them coming in in my size, they get a 5* from me excellent company.

I bought two dress which arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Fit true to size and comfortable. I had lots of compliments when I wore them.

Given 4 stars as they aren’t the best quality when you look closely but that’s reflected in the price. Overall I’m happy with them.

What has happened to the quality of your dresses? Over the years I have bought so many of your skater dresses and always sang your praises at how beautiful the prints were, and how impressive the quality was. Until this last week. I ordered 5 of the bardot dresses in a variety of colours. Granted, the style is stunning, but the fabric is so thin and cheap - definitely not worth the £25 each. I decided to keep them as my holiday is drawing ever closer, and they're so lightweight, they would actually be perfect for the evenings. What is my reason for the 1 star? I have just washed one of the dresses and it's shrunk by at least 3 inches! A 30 degree wash! I'm beyond fuming and disappointed as there is nothing to indicate anywhere on your website or dress labels that these need to clearly be cold wash only. The quality has really gone downhill, and it feels like you're now selling items that I could get from Amazon for a fiver. Save your money ladies and shop elsewhere.
