Friendly, clear understanding staff

Wards was professional, polite, efficient and easy to deal with. Nice to have a little car park there, and only a five minute drive from my home.

Luke Hewitt, Brittany Whitfield and the team communicated really well and responded promptly and appropriately when I provided updates. Even though it was a short chain, they liaised and pushed further down the chain to line things up for exchange of contracts. All in all a good job.

Richard Clement and Cassie deSouza work wonders, our first purchase fell through just as we were ready to exchange contracts (through no fault of Wards) we found another property within days and Richard and Cassie managed to meet the same completion date as we were working to with the first property, if we hadn’t of used a local solicitors like Wards then this would not of been possible, We were able to drop documents off and to speed the process along we were able to visit the office and sign documents. 26 days from getting our offer accepted on the second purchase to collecting the keys on completion day!! Thank you both for all your hard work!!

We’ve just exchanged the sale of our home after a long and complex process, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Tom Bowering at Wards acting for us.

We have been a client for a number of months now, dealing with the ramifications of selling and buying and selling houses. Three houses in total to sort through and the team at Ward's have handled it all with efficiency and professionalism throughout.

We have used Wards on two occasions. The first was with a deputy application and the second with a house sale. The conveyancing team in the Clevedon office were very helpful and responsive. Sadly our experience with the Court of Protection team in the Bristol office was very disappointing. They were extremely unhelpful and inattentive so much so we ended up contacting the courts directly and getting the application approved ourselves, bypassing Wards.
Because of our experience with the Court of Protection team was so awful I am unable to recommend Wards Solicitors.

Kim was so helpful and friendly as were all the staff.
