We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the items received. However, we would like to clarify that the products you purchased were from our Clearance range, which is why they were offered at a heavily reduced price.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, clearance items may include products that are close to their expiry date or may have passed their best-before/expiry date. We always advise customers to read the product information and Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing clearance stock.
For e-liquids, the best-before date mainly relates to flavour quality. Over time, the flavour may reduce slightly, but the nicotine strength remains unchanged when the products have been stored correctly.
