WatchBattery (UK) Ltd Opiniones

A great codex of Casio products, I found the website while trying to find a replacement for my Dads Casio watch strap with very specific measurements needed. I was able to find a perfect replacement and my Dad was very pleased with the product and experience, below is his review too.

Having an older Casio watch (DBX-103) the original strap has now been discontinued by Casio. Searching the internet yielded little promise, until the engine found WatchBattery. The original watchstrap was listed, so I thought, Great. However, the "out of stock" was all too familiar. The difference here was that Hoda has the foresight to recommend an alternative strap, plus, the dimensions were also given in a small drawing. That information is very clearly laid out and prompted me to risk ordering two such straps. Yes, they arrived dead on time just as the tracking emails said (that was 1st class Royal Mail too). Yes, just as Hoda said, they fitted perfectly. I instantly ordered two more as I go through these straps in 12 to 24 months. So, all in all, a perfect ending to a potentially difficult problem.

What a brilliant company, needed an original stainles steel watch strap for my casio watch , located one at watch battery . Ordered, and was surprised how quick it was delivered. Thank you. It's a golden buzzer from me .

Great service and communication and arrived practically the next day I will definitely use again

Purchased a watch strap that showed on the website as being "in stock" despite not actually being in stock. Initially seller was very pleasant & forthcoming & I was told it would be a couple of weeks... Still hadn't received it after 5 weeks.

Requested a refund & just got ignored which isn't cricket.

Poor show :(

Edit. Hoda did reach out to me personally & this should be acknowledged as it shows a genuine concern for his customers experience. With everything considered, I would be happy to buy from them again.

Great service provided!! Ordered watch assembly parts on Saturday, delivered by Monday. Super fast delivery. Easy to order on website and a safe secure payment. I highly recommend WatchBattery UK. 5* service

Avoid ! Horrible experience trying to buy anything.

I ordered through the website and payment was processed. I did not receive my order and am awaiting a refund.

* the refund has now been received

The website is a little archaic but there is good information and it was the best website i found for making sure i choose the correct little round batteries, or at least it seems so to me.

The Customer service is second to none, the Watch battery shop were courteous and very helpful, excellent product thank you

Battery was exactly as ordered and supplied in manufactures packaging complete with a use by date (think it was 2026).
Great service and can recommend this company. Will use again.

Received my watch strap today, fits perfectly. Wonderful service. Will definitely use you again in the future. "
And strongly recommend

Easy navigated website and easy ordering. Reasonable price and delivery charge. Will come back if anything needed in the future.

I asked WatchBatteryuk if they could help to identify 3 batteries I was going to replace in some old watches. They quickly returned my email with all the info of type of battery I was needing. I ordered them, & it seemed like next day postage they were in my hand. I am really impressed with the speed of information, & delivery by them, it was a pleasure to purchase from them.

My watch had been languishing for a couple of years with a broken strap and Swatch had been singularly useless. Your website and product helpful and great value.

Great after sales service too.

My first time dealing with WatchBattery UK and it won't be my last.
The order process was simple and the website is nice and easy to navigate through with tons of genuine Casio products and helpful links to related items.
The order was dispatched and delivered in less than two days also, so couldn't have been quicker.

Best of all are the prices; they appear to be totally reasonable and fair across the board (including delivery), so unlike too many unscrupulous 'sellers' these days who are only to quick to price gouge the consumer to death for every nickel and dime!

Well done WB UK, 10 out of 10 for the whole transaction and highly recommendable to anyone wishing to purchase the goods they sell.

Many thanks.

I ordered some rechargeable button batteries for a charger I already own. The batteries were well packaged and arrived quickly and as described. There was the added bonus of simple instructions attached for handling the batteries without ruining them, which was very much appreciated given that I have limited knowledge of these and they are a little expensive. They charged fine and are being used. Would recommend.

The Casio watch strap was just perfect and, in my opinion, far too cheap. It has given my 14 year old watch a new lease of life, for which I thank you.

Superb service, delivered within 24 hours of order.
Filled the capacitor with no tweezers and poor eyesight.
Couldn't be more happy with my now-working 30 year old Seiko.

Great service, speedy delivery even though it was international, and the items were exactly as described and what I ordered. The watch is a fairly old watch that isn't made anymore. It is also blue so finding the perfect band for it was difficult, but you had it and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much. I will definitely shop your website the next time I need watch accessories.

Easy to find the strap I needed to match my Casio Mudman.
Genuine strap with the correct text on.
Site offered clear instructions on how to fit and the opportunity to buy tools if you didn't have them already.
I needed this before I went away and it arrived in good time. I would 100% use again.
