I made my second purchase recently through the Watch Club, and was met with the same stellar level of service as experienced nearly 10 years ago. Although this time I had transacted online given I now live in Asia, however Matt got in touch with me to provide a personal touch and to also help me out with some questions. He also went extra yards to help me obtain some details from my original purchase which had been misplaced over the years. The new watch was dispatched almost immediately and arrived the following day to my UK address. Couldn’t ask for much more, and will be returning for my third purchase when the time comes.
