it took over one week and over 20 emails to communicate with sales, to send the shipment via royal mail instead of DPD. I was told it'll cost an extra 15£+VAT (why vat? anyway) because royal mail apparently has a 2.5kg per box limit. I've accepted the payment paid for it and got a box full of everything I have ordered, and two days after that I got a single "delivery" with the extra pipe (40cm by G1/4...)

Yes in the end I did get charged 19 for something that's delivered roughly 2 weeks after initial contact. (I start the clock from initial contact because with any other communication tool this order would've taken 3-4 minutes to process instead of 10 days of back and forth)

Bought the DA2 V2 itx case. Competitive pricing and fast delivery, I will be using this website in the future.

I’ve made two orders recently and both have been excellent experiences. This company stocks more obscure parts for water cooling that I couldn’t find anywhere else, which has been a huge help for my project. While the prices are a bit higher, it’s well worth it for the availability and reliability. Both orders arrived the very next day, securely packaged and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Fast delivery and got exactly what I wanted!

Bought a reservoir from them only to realise I didn't have the correct pump at my end. Sent a message to them and within 30 mins had a reply with a link to the correct pump. Being a friday thought I would have to wait until the following week but a reply from Tom assured me it could arrive on saturday and true to their words it did, Amazing service thankyou.

Fast delivery

I recently ordered a Lian Li Dan A3 tempered glass side panel from this business and I was really pleased with it. I got it a day early which shows how fast they get it out the door shipping too you.

The product it's self was double boxed with plenty of foam, no damage on the box or the product and I was really happy with this purchase considering how much of a pain it is too get this product from other retailers without paying a huge premium.

Overall buying from this business was good experience and I'm happy all around!!

This is my first time ordering from this company and I'm very positively surprised by the excellent customer service, product quality, and shipping time. I bought the Jonsbo D-32 computer case, which is very nice and functional. It's a perfect fit for my mATX build.

I bought a white Jonsplus Z20 Micro-ATX case with a carrying handle. They have exactly the item I was looking for. The delivery and communication were also quick and easy to track.
I can highly recommend WCUK!

Terrible customer service that goes out of its way to avoid giving any information on when an order will be dispatched, none of the contact links on the website actually work or give you away to contact customer service, I had to google for an email only to be given no useful information whatsoever. I ave no wait well over a week for an item listed as having 50+ in stock and it still has not been dispatched.

I would like to add after a weak of waiting they just cancelled my order despite also sending an email saying it would be dispatched before the 11th. I left this feedback after this as an attempt to get their attention after basically being ignored and lied to and, they then cancelled the other order I had with them. I now need to wait a weak to get my money back.

I’ve brought multiple items off WatercoolingUK I’ve also messaged them for advice at times when I wasn’t 100% sure and got a reply within a couple of hours. All products are great value and quality also they are fast at shipping which keeps downtime to a minimum. Will also be using them more in the near future

Ordered an Alphacool Core 1 cpu block and arrived next day, excellent service.

I went in today to talk to a member of staff if they can help me find a 45 degree fitting that would suit my needs. Rob directed me through and we also had a nice discussion about PC's that made me feel welcoming as a walk-in customer. amazing service and i will definitely be ordering from WCUK again.

From a personal point of things all things should be shown on the website if your selling it & me not have to mention or chase it up that was the only griper very minor.
On the plus side service was good package well packed given the second parcel was a double amount of but different colour two for me & two for my lad as I got him into water cooling I've been doing it years as it shows on my pc as you have seen.
