I had a surveyor out back in February this year because I need new interior doors because the doors I've got are very old and I can't get the doors off because they've been painted over that many times can't get screws out so what I did I contacted universal credit and got them to send me the rent money and I bought my doors out of rent money and sent the rest to the housing becouse there always doing stuff at the dirty immigrants property but yet can't do anything at my property I pay rent like everybody else and I cant get nothing done and the way I see it is why should I have to pay out of my own pocket for something they get paid for.

I raised what I believe to be serious safety concerns some time ago and, despite assurances of a response, I am still waiting.

The lack of urgency and accountability from this Housing Association is extremely disappointing, especially given the nature of my complaint. I would strongly urge them to take residents’ safety concerns far more seriously and to respond in a timely and responsible manner.

Just over 9 weeks ago I posted a review of this organisation and received a computer generated response requesting further information. Following a series of emails i was advised by a Customer Relations Team Leader called Stephanie that she would contact the relevant Estates Manager and once a visit had been made advise me of WCHT next steps. I have patiently waited over nine weeks and to date been ignored by this badly run operation. One of their "values" under the banner - Professional is the words - People trust us to keep our promises!!!
If this is TRUE , then please do something.

Housing provider who doesn't care for residents. I've complained through usual channels and they refuse to listen. It is against the law to leave tower block residents without lift access if over eight floors. This provider is the worse for this as our lifts are always breaking down and we have 17 floors!! Not nice for families with prams. Sort it out wcht.
