Well where do I start?
Well where do I start?
Been an ongoing battle for long enough now.
A couple of the tenants for WDH make the place where I live a SH@*t hole.
They pile up rubbish in the garden and fly tip over the wall and up against my house.
They have damaged my house on more then one occasion. Several times in fact.
Fires and parties at all times of the day.
Sure living on benefits you can live it up every weekend at the cost of the guy who is trying to sleep and pay tax so they can have a party.
Every time I try to ring the right people I get promised call backs?
Something tells me I am been avoided.
Sure I would love to take WDH to court for running my house price down. I have tried to sell the property before because I am fed up of my property been trashed by people who don't care. This is because they know their isn't any consequences. Maybe if the landlord actually cared! That would be a great help.
Time for a change on unruly tenants and landlords.
Sort it out !
